Just don't see where he'd fit in given how we set up now.
He can't play a holding role and he's not a number 10 in our system.
He'd be a great plan B but he ain't going to leave them to be a bit part player here.

The dm was a young player with potential, could be a good player to bring in as back up/rotation to glenn?

I think both whelan and cameron are better. IMO he's never looked good enough to be playing for a champions league team, and cameron has looked superior to him both when playing against him for us and the USA team.

I'd take him on a loan. He was pretty good at Everton but took a step down. I'd probably make him have an obligatory crew cut before he was allowed to cross the thresh hold mind. I can think of another welsh manager that would sell his soul to have him in his squad.
