I still don't think they'll do it but if they have the league won by the last game of the season then Chelsea have to give them a guard of honour..... at Stamford Bridge!

Hellu!
I don't get this thread at all! Why would England lose a Ch L spot when Leicester win the Prem L - and then the Ch L?

Is there a formula for winning the Prem L playing poor football?

When I think Of Leicester City and all the 'happy clappers' wanting them to win the premier league, my thoughts turn to their ( alleged) 'well timed' descent into receivership around the time of their stadium having been constructed and, was in the process of being fitted out.
I say this not out of spite but honest recollection - upon which, Im happy to be corrected)
I distinctly recall a nationally televised news article about the victims of said receivership - one fella in particular featured who, who owned a business - supplying those large wardrobe sized wine coolers you see in club Corporate dining suites and, corporate boxes.
The unfortunate business man having supplied and delivered a large number of wine coolers to the brand new ground immediately before said receivership / bankruptcy and, also having paid for all the glass doors to be sent to Italy to have the club crest engraved on said, glass doors at his own expense - up front.
he had about 100 people (was it) working for him and eventually got 10p in the pound ( was it ?) for his efforts from the official receivers.
his company of course was bankrupted and I understand / recollect, the TV report ended with them all having lost their jobs and livelyhoods.
And this was just one example of, one supplier to the stadium construction project and what it meant.
I always therefore think of think of these sad and unfortunate consequences when anyone refers to Leicester
City and their subsequent post bankrutpsy associations.
I even understand some of the FA football rules as regards clubs in receivership were changed precisely because
of what Leicester City and their ilk were doing around that time,
(allegedly)
SO - do all you happy clappers still want them to win the Premier league ?
Because I -Dont Sounds like how I remember it too. They ended up with more or less a slap on the hand and a telling off whilst other clubs doing likewise ended up with ten point deductions and huge fines and sanctions..
