As shite as Chelsea were they did have some good possession and chances to score. Clearly no one is outlucking Leicester at the moment. Fully in agreement

It would not surprise me in the slightest if next season Leicester were near the bottom and Chelsea won the league

Were we right letting Robert huth leave the club he's playing for a team that's top of the league and obviously could have done a job for us?

As much as I and many others on this board love Huthy, I'm not sure he would be as good as what we have now. Leicester have conceded a shed load of goals which is offset by the goals they score. We are the opposite, we don't concede many but we don't score many either. If we had made a solid start to the season we may have found ourselves in the top 4. As it is we are in touching distance and we all dream of beating our previous achievements. A cup win is the next target and we have that opportunity next month to reach the final.

Imagine for just one moment you are a manager of any side.
OK you decide you want to play on the ground football passing it out from the back.
Are you in the market for Robert Huth?
OK now you are the manager and you want a man who will put his head in a lions cage then get rid of the ball up front for a fast forward to chase after.
Now you are in the market aren't you.

Are Leicester the luckiest club on the planet or what?
Went into Admin and got all their debt written off including most of the cost of the King Power Stadium Got taken over my mega rich Thai consortium Now top of the Premier league on the back of a pub team player and an unknown Algerian in red hot form and the rest of the title challengers being mediocre.
Frankly I conna stand 'em.

After a shakey start, he's shut up so many muppets on this forum. Credit to himself. He'll only get better and I can see him far surpassing Huth ability wise. On Saturday we saw just how good Wolly is imo.

Shockingly you sound a bit bitter Pugs. If we were top and other teams fans were saying that about us you would be ranting your arse off.

It was a bit tongue in cheek and Vardy is on fire and deserves all the plaudits. It's true about the Admin thing though, they got really lucky and shafted a lot of people at the time.

Leicester fans seem to think Huth the permanent signing hasn't been anywhere near as good as Huth the loanee and that the change of system has seen him struggle there as it has here. Morgan's got him out of jail a few times apparently. You had a straw poll on that then mate? For some strange reason certain folk on here find it hard to say anything good about a top defender that is Robert Huth anymore,he's not changed at all just the same run through a brick wall defender he's always been. No mate. I had a look on their messageboard. Was a fairly constant theme. The majority view seemed to be that he looked a lot better under Pearson than he did under Ranieri. They're doing so well in spite of their defence.
