Boxing day game sold out in two hours,is it because it's Boxing Day or have we got a few closet Manure fans, still seats available for Man City and Palarse and you can sit together against Palarse.

Man City and Palace will sell out come the day of the game, less than 800 left for the Man City game and not many seats together to be had....

It's because it's Boxing Day Boxing day and the first game that the new half season tickets apply to. With a Wembley appearance looming very large on the horizon, I wouldn't be at all surprised if we have quite a few new season ticket holders amongst our ranks come Boxing Day, meaning home games against whatever the opposition, sell out even quicker than normal for the remainder of the season. Beat Sheff Wednesday, and there may be a few more added to that new season ticket holder bracket.

A cup win, followed by a Semi-Final triumph over Everton and a Cup Final victory v Liverpool!

Hi,
I was hoping for any advice. Me and the Mrs are flying back from Japan for Christmas and were hoping to go to the Manu game. My old man was on the phone today for an hour with no luck getting through, then went to the ground at which point he was told it was already sold out.
I know its a long shot but does anyone have any ideas about other avenues to getting tickets, or will I be spending my boxing day nursing a massive hangover eating leftover turkey at home this year.
Thanks for any advice.

Given the choice between Turkey or Sushi , then I would prefer the latter .

I'd make sure I was on the waiting list and keep an eye on the tickets section of this mb and be prepared to act fast if anybody puts any up, failing that if you're desperate enough ask around the pubs, Power League and Cricket Club if anyone has any spares on the day, good luck.
If it's any consolation I have a season ticket but can't go 'cos of work, my sisters having my ticket, again >:(

How do I apply to be on the waiting list? Is it done through the website, phone or in person? Cheers

What a sad state of affairs it's become when we are highlighting the fact that two Stoke supporters can sit next to each other in a game against Crystal Palace

Given the choice between Turkey or Sushi , then I would prefer the latter . Perhaps, but given that Japan's idea of Christmas dinner is Kentucky Fried Chicken (No joke, they don't understand the difference between Chicken and Turkey so they line up for KFC on Christmas eve) then I'd rather go home for a real one mate!.

And even if you can find a turkey, good luck finding an oven big enough to put it in! I think the kids escape school on Xmas morning this year, at least. メリー クリスマス!

It's because it's Boxing Day Boxing day and the first game that the new half season tickets apply to. Do we know how many of the half season tickets we sold? I looked but at £275 each for me and the lad for the front couple of rows of the boothen seemed a bit steep compared to a normal season ticket price.

ManUre on boxing day will always be a popular fixture. But I think most games over next month or so at least will sell out or as near as damn it. There are exciting times ahead. I've got a feeling in my water that this season could be special season.
