Not going to moralise about his flaws (although I look forward to the day I meet someone with no flaws at all) Remember his genius and brilliance.

George Best was the best player i have seen play . He was pure genius . Despite his flaws i prefer to remember him as the genius he was RIP George

Like the video, I wish there was film of Matthews at that age for comparison (25 and under), pretty much everything I've ever seen of Matthews (And what consequently people judge him by) is when he was over 35, by which time most footballers have retired!

You all by now know what I feel about Manu, but he was, and still is the best football player that I have seen in my lifetime.

Very much reminds me of Huddy, who George said was the best English player of his generation.
Obviously massively talented, but worked hard at his game too, particularly his "weaker" foot, and also became a good header of the ball.
Again, like Huddy, he was a lot fitter than people gave him credit for.
Sometimes the press and public only see the rest and play, but have no appreciation of the work these guys also put in.
