Robert Lanza "Beyond biocentrism" (225 pages). Followed and liked a lot up until page 140. From there I lost him completely with his talking of the non-existent universe. It makes me wonder: If everyone on Earth closed their eyes simultaneously, would the Earth still exist? My best mate sent me a message early today saying we could exchange books again at Christmas - so I thought about a book recommendation I got on this forum once, a Robert Lanza book called "Beyond Biocentrism". I was very surprised when I saw I had read it three and a half years ago apparently. I have absolutely no memory of it now at all! It will be perfect as a Christmas gift, so he can tell me later what it's all about.

Very, very good.

Watching Countdown this afternoon the celebrity guest, not a clue who she was, quoted her best ever book to read was ?!? Yellow moon.
The panel all knowingly agreed. Missed the title anybody know.
Personally I would have said “To kill a Mocking Bird”

My Current read. Really in depth but needed for me. Case studies and all sorts to think about.

I’m a John Grisham addict and get his new book every Christmas and this year will be no different. However this year, in between his novels, I’ve binge read Falklands War books as it’s the 40th anniversary and I was heavily involved in their liberation. So I came across a really good read, Beyond Endurance, written by HMS Endurance's CO Nick Barker. As well as narrating her involvement in Operation Paraquat, it’s a real eye opener about how his many early warnings to Whitehall that there was strong evidence the RGs were preparing an invasion fell on deaf ears. Particularly coming in for a kicking was John Nott the then Minister of Defence who was withdrawing Endurance, the only RN presence in South Atlantic. from service in his 1981 Defence Review. In Late 1981 Captain Barker was begging Whitehall to send an SSN and frigate south, as happened in 1977, to "dissuade" the RGs from invading.

I've been to 5 different bookstores here the last couple of days. But noone has Robert Lanza Biocentrism.
It's time for #6 tomorrow.
I do know he has got a lot of criticism in Sweden and called not a real scientist, mostly flum talk.
Let's see about that ...

Tomorrow I'm going to a very odd different bookstore.
Their opening hours are very limited.
They house books primarily within the paranormal field. It will be an experience. Never been there before. I have to go downstairs in that building.
