I really think we should make a bid for this player in the next window! He is just 21 years old, but has come on leaps and bounds this season. I have been very careful about recommending Norwegian players the last seasons, but this is a player I really think could fill N'Zonzi's shoes! He is a fantastic passer of the ball and has also become extremely reliable defensively. I've seen him play most of Rosenborg's league games this season, but also when playing in Europe he is giving the same impression. Yesterday Rosenborg met St. Etienne in the Europa League and again he played a rock solid game. I guess we would have to pay around £5M for him, but his wages would probably be no problem for a club like Stoke. I really believe this is a player LMH would love to have in his team!

Candidly I've never heard of this fucker but I'm in I know Brentford bid close to £3M for him during the last window, but it was turned down by Rosenborg. Anyway I think they realize that they won't be able to hang on to him for long and then I really hope Stoke will show up and make a decent bid. I don't think a lot of people outside Norway know much about this player, but I'm afraid they soon will! If you think Ødegård at Real Madrid is good I will just say that Selnæs is a much better player right now! This is not an exaggeration, believe me!

Really Rob? I trust your judgement...
the norweigian game whilst not as high in quality is played at the same as the Premier League isn't it? If so, he wouldn't need much settling in.

The Norwegian league ends sometimes in October I think (7 games left of the season).

I don't think many leagues could be compared to the PL when it comes to pace, but I must say I've been very impressed by this player both in the Norwegian league, when seeing him play in the Europa League, but also against England U21 (with lots of high profile players). He certainly bossed the midfield against those PL stars as well!

Thought he was a postman. ? No I think he was a police man. Carl Beeston is currently a postman though, for what it's worth.

Physically he is way too weak yet and he also needs to improve in the air. In fact he looks a bit scared in aerial (is this the right word?) battles.

I really hope Stoke have a closer look at this player! Still impressive in both the Norwegian league and Europe! Still only 21 years old and in my opinion a better player thyan Tettey at Norwich and Johanson at Celtic! Despite this he isn't getting an international game for Norway because the other two have done well for Norway recently. Despite this Selnæs is the real deal and I really, really hiope Stoke will have a closer look while he still will be available for arond 4M! My guess is that this price will just increase and increase! Come on Stoke, listen to me!

How long have you been his agent? I'm just a Stoke supporter and had the experience of my life this weekend travelling down with the Stoke-supporters on the coaches from the Brit to see us beat Villa 1-0! I just want the best for my team and I really think this player is a gem that will be very expensive in a year or two. I really hope though that Stoke can get hold of this player at a relatively chep price, because I think it's the next window or never to be honest! What I'm sure of is that this player is something really special compared to anything else coming from the Norwegian league the last 10 years!

21 years old, defensive midfield player, well over 6 feet tall. Left sided, highly rated. Could be worth a punt at the right money if it's felt he can transfer his skills and ability to the Prem, where it's a whole new ball game? The 64 million dollar question.

It's allways a bit of a gamble to bring someone in to play in the PL, but when it comes to this player I certainly feel he could adapt and make a real contribution.

What's Kristoffer Ajer like? He's supposedly highly rated.

Stoke should never sign a player from RBK.
I'd rather have a punt at Sk Brann's Steffen Lie Skålevik. :-)
