Immense -it truly was
The feed I watched, pretty much drowned out any other noise apart from our noisy fans who sang throughout
one of the real credits to our football club these-days
i.e. A re-invigorated, superb and vociferous away support, drowning out the home fans pretty much from first minute to last
sounded very - very - impressive.

There's nothing worse for home fans going through a tough time than seeing the away end bouncing.

Great following yesterday, first time I've been to Villa, nice ground but the home fans were amongst the quietest I've ever known. mate the dross we've been watching over the last few years has eroded any real atmosphere at Villa Park, the only two decent atmosphere's in the last couple of seasons were WBA cupo last season and Blues the other week, on both those occasions late kick offs v local rivals after a long afternoon of drinking tells it's own story and to be honest it's getting worse season by season oh well off to you tube to relive 28,000 in The Holte bouncing

Was really impressed with your ground though,a proper old school football stadium that puts all these new grounds to shame.

Lots of my Villa mates just don't go anymore, they've had enough of watching the dross served up. The real problem for you this season is with an owner who is only willing to release money that's already been generated by sales where does more money to improve the team come from - based on yesterday's performance I can't see you have any one left that anyone would want to buy.

We'll take Traore off them for half the price after they've gone down. Only decent player after that is Richards IMO.

Think Villa Park is a cracking stadium that can generate a great atmosphere when the football served up stimulates it. It's a good day out, plenty of good pubs in Brum centre & an easy train journey to/from the ground. Coming away with 3 points ain't too bad either !

Sat in a bar in Tenerife watching the game with about a dozen Villa fans. The only noise they made was after we'd been celebrating what turned out to be a disallowed goal. 1 even said as he left "At least we won't see you next year, We'll be in the championship"
