Forget Asmir, there's a new sheriff in town.
How many points will Jack be worth this season?
Absolutely sensational again. That save towards the end was worth the 3 points in itself.
We've got one of England's most talented players on our hands. Hopefully Woy finally locates ST4 on his Satnav.

He's a massive team player, could see how much the win meant to him at the final whistle. Love the bloke, he's fucking phenomenal. If only we realised what a player we had on our hands earlier,

Come on boys give the lad a chance.

Seems we're good at bringing in quality keepers. Given done well when called on and I was impressed with Haugard (no idea how to spell it, and every time I hear Hodor in my head) during pre season
Sent from my HTC One_M8 using proboards

Begovic was excellent for us, but Butland has been phenomenal, another world class save today. Undoubtedly our player of the season so far.

Better than Asmir, fact! Asmir looked very suspect at and since the world cup, reluctant to come for crosses and had a mistake in him. Jack on the other hand just exudes confidence and plays with great passion.

All credit to the lad, great performance today BUT why does he always have to hoof the ball so much. Cannot recall one occasion where he threw or passed the ball short, look at the best keepers Hart, Bego et al they're all great at laying the ball short and building the attack from the back. If he really wants to be England's No.1 then he has to sharpen up his short game.

Would you throw it out to one of our back four? Bloody hell, I wouldn't trust them to string two passes together!!!

Wouldn't trust any of that back 4 with the ball one bit.
It's a massive problem.

Notice that when Muni is in the team it's rolled to him like 7/10 times. I'm guessing Hughes has been trying to sort out the fact we are giving the ball away deep by being more direct, can't say the result was easy on the eye but you can't complain with 3 points
