Jonathan Fortune. Looked on Wikipedia, saw his name and still don't know who he is He was neither memorably good or amazingly bad. At least if he'd been expensive we could have given him a good nickname......Costa. As it was he wasn't expensive so he denied us even that entertainment. Wanker. Ha ha. I've Google imaged him now and recognise him from his Charlton days. I'll be fucked by a rusty garden fork if I can remember him ever playing for us though

Bomber Sheldon in late 70s was hampered by injuries but showed loads of skill when playing on the wing. Came through the youth set up with Crooks. After breaking his leg badly he moved down the leagues with Wigan and Vale and Crewe before going into none league management at Leek, Stone Dominoes and a few others. Good winger but a bit too lightweight hence his injury record.

The endless revolving door of loan players in the 2002/03 season when we stayed up:
Mark Williams Lee Mills Allan Smart Paul Warhurst (or was he the season before?) Tommy Mooney Richard Johnson Frazier Richardson (and then the season after, too) Steve Banks
Probably five or six others whose names escape me, too.

John Worsdale made his début at Highbury (I think the same day as Denis Smith).
Terry Smith who scored for us at Stamford Bridge (1970ish).
Tommy Walker (1972ish) played only 2 games at Old Trafford and Stamford Bridge.
Harry Dowd on loan from Man City as cover for Banksie and Farmer.
