I understand that real dirt is difficult to dig for a club hater like you at a time when things are going so damn well and a bit of poetic licence is your only resort. For the record: After stating what a fantastic contribution Huth had made to the club I simply pointed out to the torch bearing lynch mob you attached yourself to that it wasn't exactly Armageddon time to sell him on the basis that we had actually a very respectable goals against statistic during the near two years he didn't play. Achieved incidentally whilst actually attacking the opposition. After stating that I wouldn't swap Ryan for anyone when it came to playing central defender for Stoke City in the Premier League I have serious doubts he would last five minutes at Champions League or International level. You aren't exactly allowed to compete physically in my view and that removes half of his effectiveness. Also I don't think he is comfortable enough on the ball after spending his important developing years playing nothing but hoof and hope football. I look forward to your future barrel scrapings with some excitement So I was right then. Well done skipper Yes it's exactly like you said it Don't forget your dabber next home game. I'll be reviewing our much envied and world class transfer window just for you! I imagine it was a bit short of action last weekend?

The Marksman's angle on justifying that chasing a 31 year old N'Zonzi replacement at five to six on the final day as being all part of the brave new master plan, intrigues me somewhat.

For the club captain to say the best Centre Half he has played with was a player we recently sold (Huth) was pretty poor form to be honest.
Should have lied and said any of the current team as difficult to separate them.

Its dark in that corner isn't it?

Blimey, that's quite a thing to say. Sent from my Nexus 5 using proboards Actually, he said 'defenders'. Probably not wrong in that regard, but we need more than just a pure defender, ie passing ability, comfortable on the ball. We have one Wolf shit are you happy with that ?, personally I would take Huth over him every day of the week.

I will play in this desperate game of trying to misrepresent what Ryan said as justification for bleating about Huth being sold. It isn't a difficult to understand a call by Ryan that considers the Huth of 2012 his favourite partner is it? They were indeed the ideal fit for the time and circumstance. It must have been a joy for both of them. Mark Hughes will no doubt be very comfortable with that. He sold the Robert Huth of 2015. The Robert Huth who hadn't played for him for two seasons. I doubt he will have so much as blinked.

For me Shawcross best attributes are his reading of the game, constinancy and leadership. His control of the ball is fine,he's no donkey. He doesn't put himself about that much,he'd be sent off every week if he did. His main fault is his lack of goals.

My dislike of a football style of a manager fades into insignificance alongside your two decades of rubbishing everything to do with the football club BTP and ATP doesn't it though? Managers come and go but the football club is always there for you to hate. I have to keep reminding myself that you have only started one thread on the subject of your reason for living (copywrite SMM). Like the mad but lucky driver who has never had an accident, you have seen a few thousand. Anyway, when will you and the Suicide Squad be paying Ryan a visit for preferring to play the Hughes way? As soon as Tazi and Stokelad help you out of that corner I imagine?

As soon as Tazi and Stokelad help you out of that corner I imagine? I love Hughes and he's doing a great job. I loved Pulis and he did a great job. Now for the 900th time, accept my offer, prove you're not a bitter wretch who hated Pulis more than he loved his club and join me in airing those sentiments. You see your continued refusal to do so is pretty revealing to most of us and really does get right to the nub of the issue. Come on, Mark, kick of your shoes, relax a little and prove you're not the bitter and twisted individual that you were between 2002 and 2013 (with a quite weird hiatus in 2005/06!!!)
