Erm..the "player of the season" wanted to go,and in football a player is only worth what someone pays. No-one else came for him and he took it. Nothing to do with the club "flogging him off quickly and cheaply"
Any more deliberately controversial crap you want to spout or is it time for Horlicks and a story on Mummy's knee ?

Nottingham i don't think you know your history if you think I'm a pulis man I've said elsewhere They are shit and they were awful but we still lost and being better than them doesn't make us any good . Tallest dwarf syndrome gets you nowhere and lest we forget our CEO said we moving to the next level well right know we are nowhere near the level we were when he said if . Big couple of days next week if we are to fix it

1 2 points from 12 2 No clean sheets 3 None of the new players except arguably Johnson have added anything and look totally out of their depth in this league including the hugely insignificant shaq 4 we have conceded today from another simple cross 5 we look totally I'll equipped to deal with this league and the pace and hard nosed orofessionalsim it requires 6 we have no less than 8 points less than we did from the same fixtures last year 7 Even if we beat Leicester and Bournemouth assuming we lose at arsenal we will still only have 8 from 7 if we don't Then well below the relegation points per game hurdle 8 we don't look like scoring even when we dominate the ball 9 we chronically miss Moses , Nzonzi and shawcross Of course you can see this either way for me we are on ten very edge of a QPR like disaster start the pressure is building and those two home games are the most crucial I can recall . 10 Our start now matches Sunderland's catastrophic actually For me Cameron made a huge difference in midfield today and has to start there . Unequivocally we are materially weaker than last year as point 6 shows and the window is now shown up for the total disaster a few of us said it was we need to get something from those games if our season is not to implode . It is too early to panicking at this stage. But I posted on a different thread that we need to start picking up wins ASAP. Assuming we lose to Arsenal, we're going to be under big pressure to beat Leicester and Bournemouth in our next two home games! With 11 players we have a good chance of getting something from the Arsenal game if we work as hard as today. The facts are uncomfortable, it's only late August and with a significant percentage of new players in, we will need to be patient

I wouldn't go that far, obviously, as you take it to another level Benji, but there is cause for concern about our start to the season. Even with 11 vs. 11 today, we didn't look like creating too much and could have been hit with a sucker punch. We need to become more clinical and start beating our rivals at home. Hughes also needs to start Ireland and Arnie. All will come good though, of that I am sure. Yep agree with that. Especially about Ireland (until Bojan's ready) Love to see that big raw-boned Palace midfielder signed up (think it's Jeziak or something like that) Seeing it's increasingly likely Walters is leaving we are crying out for some muscle in the team (IMO) He's gonna have to play Ireland and Arnie, given the two reds today.

For a well experiefndd poster you do Lack depth of thought if you think I'm a Pulis man check your history .
Ready meal for one why would I do that Im just exposing the naivety of those who munched on the next level propaganda without any thought to what was actually happening and told me we were top 6 top 4 top 10 when I've said all along top 17 will do

I actually think we have started better t h an last season, regardless of how many points we gave got.
The brutal truth is that Benji has predicted relegation every season and we have had two top ten finishes. I expect another top ten finish,in fact I think the signs are there that we will score lots of goals.
Bojan and Shaqiri will both be playing and up to speed soon enough and those two alone will win matches for us.
I also thought Afellay was playing well until he got sent off.
Only MVG has disappointed so far for me and common sense tells you there is every chance he will be a good Player by Xmas at the latest. Not seen enough of Joselu to make a judgment.
Bad teams don't lose 1.0 (and unluckly at that) with nine men.
Everyone bar the most blinkered could see who was the better side today and it wasn't Albion. We stole a point at Norwich,we could have 4 more points bar a wonder goal and over zealous refereeing today.
Benin admit it you were wrong in Hughes first season, wrong last season despite all those injuries and you will be wrong this year as well.

No need to panic. A disappointing start in terms of points achieved, but we are without 2 of our best players from last season (Ryan and Steven - I don't include Asmir because Jack is very capable replacement) and new signings take time to bed in.
No need to slit your wrists anymore than claim we'll come 5th because Shaqiri signed.
I predict we'll finish between 7th and 13th with a points total of 57-51. there will be times when we look unbeatable and others where we look rather average. All part of being a upper middle prem team.

Facts or just another instalment of your never-ending negativity about a club you profess to support? There's a difference between facts and slanted opinions. The fact is we have 2 points from 12, that is a fact the rest is conjecture.

What a twat you really are. There was a thread on here this morning where Pugsley had said that there were certain members of this board who would revel in a Stoke defeat today. I agreed with him when others scoffed at the idea. I was right to agree with him, because when I did I had you in mind, and I was right to have you in mind because you are not a Stoke City FC fan.
