I will clap him as he walks from the tunnel to the dugout for what he did for our club but once 3 o'clock comes he'll be just another away team manager and it's open season, especially if he tries to use his "normal away team tactics of parking the bus" which I undoubtably think he will do with the Baggies!

"A lot will be written about him this week"
And that's just on this thread!
My view? He should have gone 12 months earlier than he did. The final season was just too much, even some of the home performances had started to become tiresome to watch.
Apart from that, a great Stoke manager. The cup run, promotion, Europe, etc. will get all the headlines, but for me our first season up was the epitome of the man. Written off by everyone as relegation fodder, "worse than Derby" (and their record breaking low points haul) many predicted.
But he and the players found a way.

Jeremy Beadle had a really small penis. But on the other hand it was quite big.

Great article. Now let's give him the ovation he so richly deserves when he comes out of the tunnel. Show the world what being a Stokie is all about.

Written off by everyone as relegation fodder, "worse than Derby" (and their record breaking low points haul) many predicted. But he and the players found a way. I agree. That first season in the Premier League under Pulis was phenomenal. I doubt that there will be anyone that will ever come close to being able to motivate a group of players to overachieve on such a regular basis and installing such belief in them that at times they were nothing short of superb. Not only this but putting Stoke back in the premier league and not forgetting his respect for the fans, and he actually reminded us all of what we are capable of being the '12th man'. My fondest memory under Pulis was the 10 men that beat Man City and the 85th minute roar that still now sends a shiver down my spine and remembering James Beattie looking dead on his feet then the crowd giving him another 10% of energy to chase another ball down and see the game out for 3 points. We have evolved as a club and as a football team and there will be people who didn't like Pulis, but i will be forever grateful for what he did for our club and the memories that came with it. Cheers Tone. The king is dead, long live king Hughes

Love him or Loathe him, you cannot deny what he did for our Club was short of a miracle and gave us what we never ever thought we would see again, Top Flight Football. However, he has gone we have moved on, so yeah a warm welcome as he goes to the dug out and then simply beat The Baggies and move on from TP

I hope we absolutely leather them and show him how Hughes has transpired us into a decent attacking team Well I don't know about "leather" but it's certainly time we recorded a win against the 'capped one' Should certainly make for a lively atmosphere at the Brit, and very strange to see him in the visitors dug out Come on Stoke let's get that first win on the board !!!
