Ask Pulis what a natural full back is and he'll think you are talking about American Football

You've probably gathered already TP doesn't do FBs; he'll use CBs and players who want to play midfield as FBs.
Edit: P.S. TP's in good company though, after using Wilson and Cohen to win the WC, Alf Ramsay rarely picked a FB to play FB.

The only time Tone will play a full back is when he is used as a wide midfielder to provide extra cover for the hulking great centre backs installed on the flanks of your defence. Enjoy.......
One game to reinforce the Pulis credo - we needed to go to QPR and win to get into the Championship play-offs; he played a team with 6, yes 6, natural centre backs in it and we drew 0-0. Clean sheet though!

My money is on the capped one to be sacked by Xmas. Can't see Albion fans putting up with hoofball and land of the Giants climbing over everyone. They're a cultured bunch afterall. In all seriousness tho fella, no you will not be seeing a real full back. You may even see Chris Brunt playing there. Pmsl

Okay there are two types of full backs on the World of Pulis.
1. A centre back playing with three other centre backs in the holding pattern of a flat back nine 2. A winger obsessed by defensive responsibility
When you have two sesons of Ryan Shotton (a common or garden championship right back) picked as the 'winger' over Jermaine Pennant you begin to realise where the priorities are.

By the way well impressed with your signings last couple of windows What he'll be after in his dreams is a nice left-footed central defender with no pace at RB and a utility midfielder who can't time a tackle but can punt it 60 yards at LB. He came so, so close to making his dreams come true at Stoke Seriously, full backs were a real blind spot of Tone's...

I always think these posts are started by PHWs using an alias in order to slag Tone off some more.
Opening post just doesn't sound real to me.

They were almost all converted centre backs, to the extent that we had Jonathan Woodgate there at one point.

No wind up mate,our lot are having a meltdown over no FB's in the squad,we show some ambition(for us) by spending 8 million on Chester and there are pages of why don't we spend it on FB's,thanks for the info

From what I've seen on Twatter they do go a bit mad when Pocnogoli is it? doesn't get picked at left back.
The actual full backs under TP have been;
Marcus Hall Clive Clarke John Halls Andy Wilkinson Carl Dickinson Steven Wright Andy Griffin Danny Pugh Stephen Kelly
Anyone else?
