Interesting to see the "Which player should Spurs sign" poll which follows the article:
Yannick Bolasie 21%
Saido Berahino 64%
Charlie Austin 13%
Victor Moses 2%

Paying OTT for premier league players.
Ridiculous amounts of money.

I think £30m to £35m for the pair would be about right.

£40m Bolasie hahahahaha just stupid. Don't think Spuds will pay anywhere near half that tbh.

I think £30m to £35m for the pair would be about right. Really?!! Bolasie is a fine player, but there's no way he's worth more than 15m at the absolute most. Probably more like 10-12m. Sent from my HTC One_M8 using proboards

Interesting to see how 'highly regarded' Moses is in that poll. Take note Victor and head for somewhere you'll be 'loved'.

To be fair and having read the article again it looks like that is a number Palace have picked out of thin air to put off any potential suitors who might turn his head. You'd have to think £15m maximum would do it wouldn't you?

Sent from my HTC One_M8 using proboards I agree with your valuation of Bolassie (given his age) So £30M+ for the pair Thats about right Berahino looks a fantastic prospect to me If spurs pay under £20m thats good business

I'd think twice even if you knocked a zero off that price for Bolasie

Same article has Spuds trying to offload high earners at top price e.g. Adebayor, Soldado, Chiriches plus Lennon and Townshend. Levy - with whom I'd never check my shirt is still on after shaking hands - is asking 15mill for Townshend in a makeweight for Bolassie.

The Sterling sale hasn't helped at all and has just simply upped fees even more. Of the 2 id say Berahino is worth more.
I'd go Berhino 15-20m Bolasie 10-15m. Any more is ludicrous. Defo more value shopping abroad.

Defo more value shopping abroad. The argument about who is better is a bit of a moot point, theyre both still something of an unknown quantity. The point is (ignoring the 'thats the going rate' argument) is that both prices quoted are ludicrous. 15m (tops) the pair would be right if they were being purchased from overseas.

I don't think there's anything wrong with them prices to be honest, as long as it's Spurs that are buying them
