Best season ever supporting Stoke, went every game home and away in both League and Cups. Most of the squad seem to have disappeared though,ie John Butler.Anyone know what they are upto nowadays? Great times and great memories. Set the all time club unbeaten record, wonder if the club will try to gather the squad for a 25th Anniversary celebration.

The 4-3 home to wba that kickstarted the season. 0-1 down to Orient with 89 minutes gone. Shaws power blaster at Turf Moor. Foleys late equalizer to equal the record. Etc.

Probably my favourite Stoke match ever, it was so important to beat that lot after the cup defeats. Going into it we had just been beat by Blackpool and if we lost our lead would be down to 4 points. That was a decent Vale side as well. So beating them in style was when we realised we were in touching distance of the title.

Best ever season! And the 4-3 West brom game mentioned by Joe is still my all time favourite Stoke game.. They couldn't handle our power and at times we didn't handle their movement. Brilliant game.

It's just how it swung! 1 nil to them, 2 1 to us, 3 2 to them then we go and win it. Add to the fact I was only 10 at the time so I thought any stoke game was amazing anyway!

I don't think I'll ever have a bigger mental than when Steino netted, even if we won the Champions League.

Coming on the heels of nearly a decade of decline, what Lou Macari and his players did was incredible in a short space of time. To see Stoke dominate that league was a joy. We were massively better than the rest of that league. Lou's and Steinos departure the season after was too much and the momentum halted. I'd like to see the class of 92/93 feted a bit more by the club. Great time to be a Potter.

Given the treatment of the 70's era players, any mini-statue of Steino would probably find itself in the actual bin that currently resides next to the one of John Ritchie.

Just off the top of my head.
Lee Sandford is now in stocks and shares. Kevin Russell is back at the club in some capacity I think... Steve Foley has been in and out of prison. Vince Overson is at Bury coaching the kids Dave Regis works for Charlton in their Academy. Johnny Butler is a courier over Wigan way. Bertie is or has been scaffolding i think...

Unbelievable season. If I had to pick a favourite season then this season would be neck and neck with our first season back in the top flight. Went absolutely everywhere. A magical time. Steino is my second favourite player ever, just behind Sir James Greenhoff.

Great season, great memories...my favourite time supporting Stoke the 90's and that includes these prem years. I think back then it was the craic of the day out on the piss, taking thousands everywhere, and i mean everywhere and the likes of Steino and co. The 'craic' now is throwing bottles about on the concourse at half time.....
