If it goes to extra time you'd think a 10 man team would be dead

Yes the problem with our teams performances in Europe are caused by the quality of the Premiership. Our teams can't rest players and win league games playing 75% before and after European games like other teams can in other leagues.I can see the problem getting worse and us losing a Champions League place.

We went back in the 80's. One of the best holidays abroad I've ever had. The best bit by far was a cruise round the island on the 'Jilland'. Is it still going? Johnny and Joey on the Jilland. Top entertainment.

It was brill. We stayed in a mates apartment in Mosta (right next to the dome) we made right tits of ourselves on the first day by jumping off a bathing platform on the first day into an empty sea only to jump straight back out having been stung a million times (at least) by bastard jellyfish with all the other fuckers laughing their bollocks off. It depended which way the wind was blowing which side of the island was infested with the feckers. Golden Sands or Golden Bay or something like that was the best beach. Can't believe We've never been back

The people were brilliant. Dead friendly. Because we were in a 'local' area we were woken each morning by a street trader selling fish called 'Lampooki' or something similar out of the back of an Escort van. Happy days. Bloody hell I'm going to book now

Online commentary
RED CARD: Mauricio Mazzetti (Birkirkara) 108min: Well this is bizarre. West Ham win a free-kick 30 yards out but Mazzetti, who was nowhere near the tackle, is sent off for a second yellow card.
I can only assume it was for dissent because it just could not have been for the foul.
James Collins was also booked among that but crucially it's now 10 vs 10.

Come on West Ham - this is a massive distraction from the league if they get through.
