That would be unfair and not politically correct . The apologists would be out screaming and shouting like they normally do . I wonder if any of them put down the reason for their sacking on any future job application ? Why couldn't they have arranged this away day in Syria perhaps ?

They will never be named the reference will no doubt not reflect their actions/reason for dismissal, they will walk into another well paid job thanks to our tolerant stance, interesting if the men involved had been white what would have occurred and how different this would have been reported, is it not in the interests of the public at large that these individuals are named and shamed or are their different rules applied to certain groups.

It seems all bankers are wankers So this is the standard of behaviour indulged in by bankers, no wonder we bailed them out with shed loads of tax payers money.

They were just having a laugh really and end up sacked for it. Prince harry dressed up as a SS officer didn't he, did he get sacked?
The moral of this story is.............Be careful what you find funny. The thought police will ruin your life.
Perhaps it's best to carry out a risk assessment before entering into any humourous activity.

Always remember that picture of a load of Hoorah Henry's on the pop when everyone else was feeling the pinch. It was in one of the paper's. Barstewards, every one of them. Probably part of the banking fraternity!

What a surprise then not named wonder why ?, they will probably get a glowing reference as well in the name of tolerance. The bank did not name them, probably for two reasons; it could not do so, because it might prejudice an appeal and why the fuck should it? In a previous job, I've sacked people in the past for theft and worse, but I've never felt compelled to send out a press statement. The bank did the right thing by sacking them, and did the right thing by not naming them. The bank's behaviour had nothing to to with race/religion.

How come the Leicester players sacked for their little party were named and shamed if that is the case.

Who mentioned the death penalty , just thinking they could get some real life experience for their next video, good as place as any Syria.

Do you really need me to explain the difference here? No you have pretty much confirmed it with that reply Seeing that you don't have the will to work it out yourself; The Leicester City players were named and shamed by a national newspaper. LCFC then conducted a disciplinary investigation about the incident concerning the players, whose names were already in the public domain, and subsequently terminated their contracts. The Sun did not name the bank workers in their story, they approached the HSBC with the video, HSBC conducted a disciplinary investigation and terminated the workers employment.
