Great that Adam gets an extra 8 days to eat pies and drink beer. He should be sent up a mountain in Austria to keep our best ever pub footballer in shape that sort of talk about adam went a long time ago he had great last season Not quite, he had a few great games.

I just watched this helpfully posted return to training clip very intently
'Nzonzi doesn't look arsed' apparantly
my arse !
where the fook do people get this from ?
I took entirely the opposite view - walking out with Odie he was laughing and joking - looked very relaxed, happy and comfortable
absolutely no sign of a man 'wanting away' whatsoever !

I agree mate Me too Fonzy was playing very well with as happy a face as I've seen him, why on earth would he want to leave, give him the money the rest will come to him, this Stoke team can be anything it wants we are on the verge of a special time and he could be part of it.

He doesn't looked arsed with the drill when they're lifting their legs up, his barely gets off the ground but that's how he is! And to me a lot of it looks half arsed from all of them, that jogging at the end reminds me of me!

Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere, but some extended footage of the first day back. Great to see Bojan and good to see our new boy, Joselu.

Looking at all the coverage I have to mention that I haven't seen Captain Shawcross. Has anyone seen him or have any news?

I think losing Jon Walters is a bigger blow Than losing N'Zonzi? Wow. I sort of get where's he's coming from. It feels like if he left it'd be the same as turning up at West Ham away on a dirty London night in the 80's and realising all the rest of the people who turned up are softies like you and the hard bastards didn't travel. Super Jon is a safety blanket from the Pulis era as is Ryan and Whelan. Someone who always gives his best for the cause. I am happy with the changes we made but if it got tough you do wonder if the player's that replace the old guard would be up for the fight. Change is always scary!

I really warm to Pieters, he always seems to play and train with a smile on his face.
He seems to appreciate the lucky position he is in as a pro-footballer.
Important member of the team and squad for me.
