Is it just me who is bewildered by this kind of thinking? What possible reason would he have to fake injury? Many players for many clubs over the years have either feigned injury or exaggerated injury for personal reasons. It was simply a point of view that can't be dismissed in this case. How do you distinguish this case from any other then? On what basis does this come into the category of faked injury? If there was any inkling of this I don't think Mark Hughes would have invited him back to join the team for the last game of the season. Hughes would not tolerate it and there is no evidence for this at all.

Scored for Chelsea against PSG. Playing quite well and linking up play nicely. Although he's also just been subbed. They played that on Saturday night. He got man of the match I have just realised this when it got to penalties. What a waste of my time.

Played brilliantly for Chelsea in second half against Barca tonight. Pinged in 2/3 low crosses from the dead ball line from which the forwards should have buried and scored a good penalty. Fair play to the lad, he's really gunning for it this preseason, I would be exceptionally surprised if we signed him as he looks like he's carving himself a little niche and Mourinho will take notice. Can see him doing a job in london next season, in some capacity at least.

It's increasingly unlikely he will be joining us. That's football it happens and isn't the end of the world.

Whilst I enjoyed seeing Moses last season, his injuries made him a liability to the squad. We couldn't base our tactics around him on a consistent basis and for that reason I won't lose any sleep that he won't be at the Brit this season.
On his day a great player, of that there is no doubt.

I'll give you my thoughts on his performance last night in a few days time when I watch the replay on sky thinking I've stumbled across a live game only to realise I've seen these penalties before ...

The Moses ship looks like it's sailed, but if it hasn't then we really shouldn't worry too much about his injury record.
A 3 month period out at Wigan was all he's suffered in his career prior to last season.
INJURY HISTORY
Season 10/11
Dec 1, 2010 - Mar 1, 2011 - 90 days out - 16 games missed - Wigan Athletic
Season 14/15
Nov 22, 2014 - Jan 9, 2015 - 48 days out - 10 games missed - Stoke City Apr 11, 2015 - Season end - 44 days out - 6 games missed

He did well in spurts but I did feel at times he was holding back.

Looks like he played the last half hour and scored in the shoot-out last night.
And seems to have done quite well...

He has the potential to be one of the most dangerous players in the Premier League and, judging by his appearances in pre-season so far, I wouldn't be surprised to see him playing regularly for Chelsea next season.
People going on about his injury record as a reason for us not signing him are living in cloud cuckoo. He would be an immense signing for us and his pre-season form for Chelsea is exactly why we won't sign him. He would be better than Yarmolenko or Shaqiri.

He was one of Chelsea's most lively players when he came on, 3 excellent balls into the box that could have resulted in Chelsea nicking if.

I had a suspicion last season that his injury record with us might have been down to virtually no preseason at Chelsea last summer - and the way he has hit the ground running this summer, suggests that suspicion might be right. If that is correct then Chelsea want shooting for not giving him a proper pre-season. Even if a club plans to loan or sell a player during the window, the Premier league should INSIST that they give all their players the proper preparation needed for the rigours of a football season - and that includes training and game time.
