Wouldn't be a big shock to see the back-up RB target somewhere here? Our favourite MO seems to be to target Bosmans or players approaching the last year of their deal (Arnie, Diouf, Pieters, Wolly) ? Right-Backs with contracts expiring in 2016

SentinelA right back also remains on the radar following the recent failure to pip Southampton to the signature of Sporting Lisbon's Cedric Soares.
Targets both here and overseas are being monitored, but Hughes also has the option of leaning on Phil Bardsley, Geoff Cameron and Marc Wilson at right back.

We're sorted then.
Two aren't actually right backs and one is really wank.

Sky sports have just confirmed deandre yedlin is to be loaned out again. I would go for yedlin Why? He doesn't look that great just absolutely rapid. Why do you think Tottenham signed tripper instead of playing him? Don't let Fifa cloud your judgement.

Yedlin always looks as if he might shine as a wing back in a 352 formation. Unfortunately for him Spurs don't play such a formation - and nor do we.

Apparently with Wass we just scouted him along with a few other players I think we also showed an interest in a Bayern Munich right back also? Wass has signed for celta Vigo or someone I believe.

I wonder who we're keeping an eye on domestically? I suppose we could have asked about Jenkinson, although he'll no doubt end up back at West Ham. Other than him I'm struggling to think of anyone realistic. Kyle Walker is supposed to be available, but if Naughton cost £5m, what would Levy want for him? Oh, and he's a little bit shit. Glen Johnson would cost mega bucks, and he's even worse. I've seen a couple of premier league clubs linked with Jazz Richards from Swansea, although I've literally never seen him play. Maybe we're having a gander there? Yedlin maybe? Any other suggestions?

Oliver Sorg who has just joined Hannover could have been a decent option. Can also play at left back, plus can deputise in the Whelan role if needed, plus he is still pretty young at 25 and cheap to boot.

Don't let Fifa cloud your judgement. i'm 47, I don't play FIFA, I don't even know HOW to play FIFA. Saw him briefly in the world cup and he is super fast which, for a right back, is a main asset. Defensively he can be groomed and can learn. If we believe wollscheid can improve then there's hope for everyone

New right back? We should look at Sébastien Corchia of Sochaux. Arse were keen but didn't do the deal, and he's rumoured to be lined up as France's next international right back.

Yedlin sounds better then he actually is, small, weak, not a huge amount of technical ability he's just fast!
