Bordeaux for me if top flight otherwise it's FC Bergerac.
Get to about 4 stoke games every season and considering going to Bordeaux for my first match this season if I can get a ticket for the PSG game so I can heckle the Parisian tosspots and associated glory hunters.

SV Darmstadt 98
been going to games on and off for about 5 years.
seen a rise 4 divisions from regionalliga to bundesliga in that time.(no one here has the faintest idea how this happened) last season they defied all the odds to somehow stay in the bundesliga when some were predicting they'd never even win a game. the club have almost no money at all, large part of the workforce over this period are volunteers and the stadium is something out of the 1970s.

Hull City. One easy-to-get-to away game this season! And now those fucking roadworks on the M1 have finally finished, its only about 2.5 hours each way from here to Fenton where we park up. And my new season card came yesterday. happy days.
Except I have to go to hospital on Thursday for a prostatectomy Not so happy days.
Still, the season starts soon..

I met a fantastic SC Darmstadt supporter on holiday last year. He spoke to us everyday when he saw my little lads Stoke kit. They left a few days before us and a few days after we arrived home, a Darmstadt kit arrived on our doormat. Great story for what sounds like a super little club.

Universidad de Chile (whom I do also support, see avatar ) Growing up Stoke were the closest team to me, of any level. What's your story potterlog? How did you end up in Santiago? Also, why did elliothackney delete his account? (this is aimed at everyone, not expecting you specifically to know the answer to this potterlog ) Came out to do a year's English teaching ten years ago 😁 As for Elliot I wouldn't know about that..

Major League would be DC United, about 2 hours north of Richmond, but my local team is Richmond Kickers, 10 minutes down the road from my house. They are a decent USL side, from the same division as Orlando City prior to their move into MLS, and also managed by an English ex-pat from Burton-on-Trent. They just beat Swansea 2-0 in a friendly last weekend.

Guiseley - looking forward to see Vale playing there in 2 years. Plenty of former league teams played there last year

The football truly is terrible. I'm now trying to find out if Wellington Phoenix are the furthest away professional team from Stoke?
