Looks to me that the organisers are getting worried - now siting Stoke fans at opposite ends of the ground - presumably all those buying on the day will go into this new block Surely a big club can cope with 1,000 visiting fans??? Very poor We won't be sitting at opposite ends of the ground!! All of the stoke fans, including those who have tickets in 016 will now be moved to be in the away end, which happens to be block N15/5! how do you reckon that will work then on the different pricing arrangements, if you've bought the more expensive ones you'd want the same standard seat.

Tis true, i had an email earlier in the week that on Cologne police advice they will be moving Stoke fans from the official section and other areas where Stokies have purchased tickets to another block, clearly that new block as stated above sounds like it will be N15 (usual away end)
Email said we can swop our tickets if we wish to (which are in N5 and in hand) to the new official Stoke block in person on the Saturday and that they would email me with further details on where to swop them once they were 100% on the block they were moving us to/ticket swap point.
We are already in N5 anyway which as stated above forms part of the usual away end i assume when N15 is sold out, so we may not move unless forced to as its got hardly any tickets sold in it last time i looked, fairly sure N5 was cheaper than N15 but not 100% on that, on pictures it looks like N5 is terracing but again, not 100% as its a ground i aint been to before
No doubt official word will surface soon enough

Dunno mate, they took ages before replying to me, chances are all will be made public before you get a reply, end of day just a case of logistics now for police/cologne ticket office on how they make that happen in reality - no doubt they will tell us the crack at some point

Leeds 30 arrests v Frankfurt and 20 arrests Derby at Utrecht yesterday! a rough translation..... utrecht v sheepThe police have held 15 supporters of FC Utrecht Friday afternoon, after groups supporters with fans of the English Derby County went to blows. The game was played on Zoudenbalch training complex and was previously banned by the Mayor of Nieuwegein. This is really so bizarre. During an exhibition game. I can not here with my mind Teun den Hartog, supporters club FC Utrecht About 1500 spectators were witnesses of the exhibition game between FC Utrecht and Derby County (result 2-3). There seemed to be no problem, until it was suddenly grim play after half an hour. FC Utrecht fans behind the goal went to English. That were reportedly not happy that some people from Utrecht English flags tried to pull off. There were big hits and it was with beer thrown. The police and ME were ready and quickly removed the groups apart, after which 15 fans were detained. ,, The English supporters are after the game under guidance transported to the station. We have footage secured in order to assess whether there are English supporters have been involved in the incident, "said a police spokesman. The exhibition game would be finished first in Nieuwegein, but was banned by Mayor Frank Backhuijs. He feared for disturbances and suggested not to be able to guarantee public order. The municipality of Utrecht gave permission, but with the condition that the game would be played at 15:00. President Teun de Castro of the supporters club FC Utrecht reacts wroth with the disturbances. ,, This is really so bizarre. During an exhibition game. I can here with. " DD says bales of the situation. ,, As fans of FC Utrecht, we wanted a nice exhibition game against an English club play. Cozy with them a beer, that part of the game. This is outrageous. " FC Utrecht yesterday gave no response.

The recent disturbances at the Leeds/Eintracht Frankfurt & Derby/Utrecht fixtures should be of grave concern to all Stokies travelling across for the Colonia Cup. Cancelling this tournament will throw the pre-season preparations into disarray. There's no chance of it being cancelled at this late stage, surely?

Cancelling this tournament will throw the pre-season preparations into disarray. There's no chance of it being cancelled at this late stage, surely? More importantly it isn‘t ruining the reputation of the Brits in Europe even more, where they think English fans are just hooligans and leading back to the 1980‘s when English teams were banned from European football for 5 years. Like the Utrecht Fan President said, most people just want a nice exhibition game and a beer – and no hooligans!

There is a big hooligan element in Germany, more so in the East but it does exist here.
That said in the 15 years I have been here and have attended Champions League and League games I personally have only ever seen one fight and that was between two turkish teenagers one supporting Man U and the other Bayern, it was quite comical.
My oldest son plays for TSV 1860 München (3rd Team) and he has witnessed some nasty fights when they have played against Bayern at various levels of the game.

Hi Stokie197 Yep we were, 37+ degrees driving down, just got my bier and settled on the hill in my TShirt and shorts then it pissed down. We moved over by the goal got talking to some Stokies, just as SJW was running in on goal as he screamed at Brek Shea to pass, I seem to remember he wasn't very complimentary
