Arsenal were by far the better team, but its yet another example of unconscious bias from a referee. "Long Ball" Villa, penalised for anything, silky skilled Arsenal given the benefit of any doubt. John Moss referees the result he wants to see and what he percieves the rest of us want to see. John Moss referees the big games for Arsenal next year? John Moss a cup final referee? He wasnt even the best ref in Culture Club

Arse dominated. Even making allowances for how well Arse played Aston were dreadful. The only thing they did to resemble an attacking plan was to lump crap cross after cross to Benteke. Pathetic. Still, modern football innit they can just blame the ref. The ref was gash but I don't think he's too blame.

All in all, one of the crappier late afternoons of football in recent memory, if we also consider England losing a wicket pretty much as each Arsenal goal went in.
As for Villa, after that shameful display I hope they get relegated with 0 points next season and never come back. Useless, absolutely useless.

Aston fans will remember this if they start next season slowly.

I know we didn't do as much as we could have hoped for in our final but I'm sure we showed a lot more attacking intent than yesterday. Think there was only Delph out of that team who did anything yesterday by trying to get at Arse. I hope they go down next year as well.
