Start- ' we need more signings' i cried out to my good friend Trevor whilst nibbling on mothers homemade cottage pie.
Arsenal- what a season changer ' my lord'. I shouted ' bravo, chaps' at the final whistle.
Tottenham home- ' lets raise our flask in delight, Trevor, Alan and Keith ' i said ' and pour a bovril in salute of a great performance ' . It really was a delight to view this spectacle.
Liverpool- ' bravo ' i roared 6 times with a vigorous round of applause for a great England servant in their to. ' calm down , calm down , old boys' i shouted and i nudge came from Trevor to say we could get kicked out if i carry on shouting things like that. You see i decided to have a stiff one after 4 ales before the game, i was not the usual man i am but what a way to end a good campaign. If only we won the games we should but then again we won games we should not have.
Think ive summed it up In a nutshell. A bit of a pistachio covered review.

An excellent précis of the season Colin. You forgot to add the old geezer pissing in the sink at West Ham and getting nabbed by the Zulus at Villa, but otherwise very good.

Those incidents are things i put to the back of my mind. The zulu incident was one that could have gone either way - terror or rage.

What are your thoughts on Charlie Adam being played as a deep playmaking midfielder?

Well there you go Waggy, that's the beauty of football it brings out all of your emotions. Take yesterday, I almost felt sorry for the Scousers when Crouchy got our 6th, then I just thought, 'Nah fuck 'em lets get another one'

If Bojan returns to as good as when last played i cant see both playing together so i think Bojan is better but Charlie gives us something as well

One last question: didn't you start bringing Scotch Eggs to the match about the time our fortunes on the pitch improved? Coincidence? I think not!

There is not a chance Waggy is not an alter ego on here. I don't beleive anybody from Stoke can be like Waggy, I've never seen it anywhere in Stoke, ever. not once

If Bojan returns to as good as when last played i cant see both playing together so i think Bojan is better but Charlie gives us something as well I can't see Bojan getting into his stride until Christmas; he won't be match fit until late September. So Charlie has a key role for the first half of the season and will revert to his role as impact sub in the second half.

Fucking bargain.

Hi My Aunt lived in Dimsdale Parade overlooking Wolstanton Golf Club as did my grandmother who lived in Hassam Parade. So I know the area reasonably.
I have never lived in the Potteries but came up on a monthly basis in 1960's and 70's with my father to see family. I have continued to do so ever since!
Best wishes

I just hope Waggy doesn't get too much of a shock when Trevor gets what he's looking for.

Waggy should get "Oatcake Poster of the Season". The results really turned our way when he started posting.
