It amazes me anyone does this. Even in the seventies i remember kids at school who used to go on about being Liverpool 'fans' People who support a club purely because they are successful are vermin in my opinion and should be banned from all football grounds like people who fight too much. I have no objection to people, especially from abroad, picking an English team cause the prem is always on telly, everywhere, or to people having second teams - but glory hunters can kiss my fat ass

My daughter has spent the whole weekend with her boyfriend's family near Liverpool. They went into Liverpool yesterday. She said the whole place was in shock and that she kept her allegiance quiet........

Annoyingly the DW shop in Tunstall is full of the bloody things on display and for sale. How come New Balance can get the Liverpool shirts out on time and yet screw up on the Stoke shirts. Sounds like prioritising to me, Stoke second class citizens it appears. Sort 'em out Stoke, they're taking the p*ss.

Saw a few in the gym today (Holiday Inn hotel J15).
Still, it was a regular who always wears a liverpool top who came in to the gym, I joked that he as a brave man. He told me he was expecting Stoke fans to be recovering from last night and we talked about Brendan Rodgers and stuff. Complete gloryhunter but fair play to him.

Nope! My Liverpool supporting neighbours normally wear their Liverpool shirts to wash the car, mow the lawn etc. They had their Vale shirts on today!

I have been in Liverpool today wearing my SCFC socks.
Not many Liverpool shirts to be seen there either (although that is not unusual).

Went to Chester today....my 6 yr old had his pic taken outside the LFC club shop holding 6 fingers up. When one lad shouted something about Stoke he simply shouted back "6-1" in that annoyingly ace kiddie voice.
I did my "that's ma boy" voice to the wife, who simply buggered off!
Many a strange look at Cheshire Oaks after, too. Nod of approval from an Everton kid when he walked past my lad.
I don't tend to do stuff like this - but after 42 years of mostly averageness, no way am I not being giddy as **** when I get the chance!

I went to Liverpool today to see the 3 cruise ships on the Mersey. Did not see one Liverpool shirt wearing person, but did see one Stoke shirt wearing chap. It was a great day out, so 2 fantastic days courtesy of Liverpool. The city that keeps on giving
