Stoke - Liverpool is a massive game. No half arsed team please.. Full team + Full throttle = taking like a babby from candy.
A chance to win more than we have lost for the first time, a chance to get a positive goal difference - everything to play for.. let's raise the f^cking roof and send the scousers back to merseyside by half time please..

If we keep clean sheet we have the lowest number of goals scored against us in the Prem.
That would be a very nice record to break. And quite remarkable considering the injuries of Ryan and Muni and the ever changing back four.

Martin Fisher in the BBC match preview: 'Famed for their noisy rendition of "Delilah", I expect the Britannia faithful to wrap their tonsils around "You'll Never Walk Alone" because if last Saturday was all about Anfield waving a tearful goodbye to their Stevie G, this weekend sees English football say their farewell to a true legend and I'm truly honoured to be a small part of the occasion.' Will we indeed?

Will we indeed? Will we fuck!! I will admit that once gerrards participation in the match is over then amd only then i might do a little clap for him (similar to southampton with Owen) but i will never sing that song and i certainly wont be buying into the media frenzy that will come with this being stevies last game!!

I think its fucking disgraceful that Hughes would try and hijack what is Stevie 'loyal legend' Gerrards last premiership match. He should instruct all his players not to tackle Steeeeeevieeeed Geeeee and let him score his rightful hattrick, and then we should cancel our own players lap of honour and replace it with a lap of honour for Stevie while all our fans sing 'There's only one Steven Gerrard'. It's the proper thing to do its what the press and the rest of the world are expecting. Anything else would make us look small time. Perhaps we should give him our player of the year award as well , just to make us look extra non inbred?
After all he's the greatest ever!

H We ought to give him an honour guard, shorts down, bending over, facing away, so he can kiss our asses after we tonk them 4-0.

This isn't going to end well is it? yep - 3-1 I reckon. Incidentally, it would be interesting if Gerrard did one of his trademark 'instant sending off'offences, whether the ref would have the balls to do the right thing
