YES its very simple really.
Might get him cheaper now with his injury record and the guy is still young so it will be a good investment with resale value should we need.

Can he play on the right?
I really want him to sign, he's excellent.
But so is Arnie on the left.
We need a right winger. Can he be the man? Arnie isn't.

Why Hughes has never tried him on the right i don't know. Especially considering he actually isn't that good at crossing with his left whereas Arnie is. Sign him up.

Anyway I hope we sign him and another winger (right side) and we will have really good options. I think this is my feeling as well. A squad good enough to regularly compete for the top 8, really needs two players for each position and, whilst all of those players can't be "first choicers", the wide players are so important to the way we play that we really do need 4 players capable of doing a good job if called upon. Like you, I would like us to buy a dedicated player (probably left footed) for the wide right (a Sam or a Yarmolenko type). Then, with someone like Moses who can play on either flank and another year for Odemwingie we'd be well equipped to have a good season.

Sign him up Hughes! He makes our attack so much stronger, he takes on players nearly every chance he gets! if moses was fit for the Tottenham game he would have tore their back 4 a new one! his pace would have created at least 2 more goals in that second half. He's been a big player for us this season! 6m at the most for me

Like Bayern said we need a right winger and leave Arnie where he is. If we signed Moses we'd need to sign another winger to cover for when Moses gets injured can we afford to do that?

If we are serious about "PUSHING ON" then we need more than 2 dedicated wingers/wide players in a 25 man squad. We need Arnie, a new left footer to play on the right (e.g. Sam) and someone like Moses who can play on either flank. I'd also sign Wingie (if fit) up for another year as his pace is useful on the flank and he can cover the central striker positions as well.

I can't beleive anyone wouldn't want Moses!?!
Early season he was easily was our best player. With the speed he has he's always goiing to get injuries.
I for one woud love to see him here, but I can't see him valued under £8M never mind £5M

On his day he's great and in many ways perfect for us.
But that injury record is frightening and I can't help but have a niggling doubt that, at times, his heart isn't quite in it for whatever reason.

I've seen Moses play on the right numerous times for Crystal Palace, Wigan and even for Chelsea (when he played) so find it strange if Hughes can't see him playing there for us. I'd sign him, this season he's been unlucky with injuries but in the past he's played plenty of football so don't believe he's "injury prone"

Very much so, I too have a few reservations I don't like diving from any Stoke player -which he does do a little bit- and perhaps a tad disinterested on occasion. However If he's prepared to leave Chelsea and come here we should do it as going forward the mans a menace. I have to say that I don't want to buy him for left wing though, for me that's Marko's spot.

We really need a left footer though and it may be that Moses just doesn't fancy us. Arnautovic needs a lot of love and moving him off his preferred left wing spot will have a a negative effect. A left footer who can fill in on the left when Marko is out and, as Lakeland says, Odemwingie and/or Walters to fill in on the right, mainly because I can't see us buying two wingers. Sell Crouch and get a new striker in and you then have Diouf as an option wide, although it's not his best position.

We really need two players competing for each wide position. Everyone will be baying for Moses by Sept when Arnie disappears for most of the season. On his day great Arnie but your best players are your most consistent ones.We have witnessed Arnie being very inconspicuous on the pitch for large periods of the season over the past two years. Everyone seems to be getting carried away now he has found some form but form is temporary. Moses should play on the right as well hes right footed.

When Arnie doesn't turn up for the first 20 games, next season, we need an alternative. Make that the first 30. How about we play Arnie from the start of the season and let him have a run of games and not drop him like a hot turd after one bad game? He was only getting scraps at the beginning of the season because of Moses (perhaps rightly so...), and it is no coincidence that now - after a run of continuous games - he has been a regular contender for MOM.

Apart from his lengthy unjuries, what have been the type and extent of his other injuries at Chelsea. Is he really as injury prone as we think?
