Shouldnt really blame Hughes at all should they? He kept them up during that first season even if we did lend a little help on the final day of the season.
Harry had 24/25 games to keep them up when Hughes left, and he couldn't do it. I thought Hughes brought in decent players there in all fairness, yes they were high wages but he didn't sanction them. He got far too much stick for that job.

Surely you can't just write off £60 millions in loans and get away with it to get round the rules? If that's the case why can Man Citeh get a 200 million loan off the sheik then write it off? Championship rules on FFP are slightly different and the penalties QPR face are from when they were in the championship last. Man city did get a big fine already for their FFP failings, but where man city have counter acted FFP is with a massive sponsorship deal for the ground, something QPR cannot do as who would want to sponsor that sh*t hole

Hughes was dreadful there but you can't continue to blame him for their issues. Redknapp and Ramsey haven't done any better.
They seem to have some obsession with signing fancy names who aren't up for any sort of scrap. Like Sunderland, it seems whatever managerial change they make they just don't sort things out.

I read an article where Hughes said he walked in one Monday and some random was there and when asked who he was, he replied "I'm the new signing". How can you work in those conditions?

Yeah I know it's a shit situation, but we need to be honest and say Hughes didn't cover himself in glory, as Warnock Redknapp and Ramsey haven't either. Saying Hughes did a poor job is no slight on his excellent record here.
