It's a tough league to win, and whatever the churlish say, they have been far and away the most consistent side, losing only two games in a prem season is impressive.

I couldn't care less about who wins the title. It's a non-event. The only interesting bit in this league is the relegation battle.

The 'celebrations' we're all very lame weren't they. This is another club that lost its heart and soul many years ago.

When you can get all the best players together, what do you expect? The top of the prem is an elitist society!

Chelsea are the only side I have seen at the Brit this season in the league who have impressed me for anywhere near ninety minutes.

They've won it by doing the simple things tight and being consistent, whilst the other pretenders have been bumbling around. Compared to some in Europe this is a very ordinary league, reflected in the fact that we had no representatives in either European competition.

Mourinho's negative tactics are just painful, a manager of a top team should be going out to win every game. As a neutral it's disappointing to know that the Chelsea games now aren't worth tuning in to.

I really don't care Enjoy watching more binary 'big games' that Mourinho is involved in, I'm a neutral I want to see a good game I'm far less bothered about who wins then I am bothered about seeing a tense and goal-filled game.

Congratulations to Chelsea but you have to say that PL finances are now massively distorted. Chelsea have a projected wage bill for 2014/15 of £192m, Southampton in 7th place, Swansea in 8th and West Ham in 9th have a COMBINED projected wage bill of £167.2m.
Chelsea, City and United are operating in a different World to the rest of the league, with Arsenal, Liverpool and Spurs desperately trying to hang in there.

As for Wenger when was the last time he beat Mourinho.

A pointless trophy in a pointless league. Until the the top 4 fuck off to some kind of European super league the premier league will be a pointless boring spectacle. With the exception of Blackburn who somehow broke the mould, the PL has been won by only 4 other clubs such is the domination of the big money clubs. FFP is a meaningless distraction that doesn't appear to have any effect on their wages bill or transfer dealings.

Mourhino rarely does bad business so if the others dont improve dramaticaly this summer and mourhinos summer is as successful as last summer the title race is over before its started

If arsenal manage to get 2-3 fundamental players then they will be strong challengers next year. The shit are still light years away from being a league winning team in my opinion. Expect Chelsea to strengthen even further. Citeh really need to get the choice of manager right. Only one candidate imo - ancelotti

Kudos to the Champions, in the end it is about results and when I am urinating in a bed pan in a few decades I'll be lucky to remember all of Jose's trophies much less how he won them.
John Terry though can go do one!

It's the perfect testament that they win the league in a dour 1-0 win by diving for a penalty.
Yeah, congratulations indeed.

As mentioned earlier in this thread, the only good thing about Chelsea is their Physio! I'm amazed they don't more injuries to be honest!
