He's been marvelous and earned every bit of praise.

He's great in the right kind of game. In the wrong kind of game, he's atrocious. Thought Hughes' comments about him in the pre match presser were... "measured" at best. Reckon we'll try and cash in in the summer. He's certainly helping to hold his value.

Adam can only play well if he plays and he's played second fiddle for most of the season

At least he can change a game. Some of our players have little positive impact.

I liked our midfield of N'zonzi, Adam, and Ireland today. Could that work against a top six club though I'm not sure.

You could see Ireland getting visibly frustrated at Adam in the first half too, before it started working a little better. I just think we're making the best of what we have until Bojan returns in all honesty.

It's clear he's better lying deep in mid. Hopefully Whelan being dropped will be a kick up the arse for him

Ive been saying this approach for home games for ages. We dont always need Whelan protecting the back 4. Its a horses4courses approach to games.
And that is why he can still play a big part for us next season and we shouldnt let him leave.
Even with Bojan in the side we tend to play well against the big boys but struggle to break down the teams that come to defend for a point.
But for the lack of finishing today we would have won by plenty

Charlie is very exciting when he plays like he did today, and in other recent matches.
However, when he doesn't turn up, he really doesn't turn up.
He is worth keeping though IMHO.

Big hole in the middle of the pitch, there's a reason we couldn't afford to play him and Ireland against a better team. And why when whelan plays he nor we barely get out of our own half. CDM and RW and maybe RB should be a priority in the summer
