Now I know we haven't sold out and many of out away games fail to also but this has suprised me given that it's a HUGE game for those fantastic supporters of that giant football club ( whatever ) and they can't sell 2800 stokecity: UPDATE | Tickets are still available in the home areas for today's game. Meanwhile, there is a cash turnstile open for away fans #SCFC #COYP

They haven't sold out down here for years, sometimes not selling the smaller allocation.
It might be more than most and it might be more than us at times but as a percentage of home support it's not that great.

They're a very well supported club to be fair. If you took relative club sizes in comparison I'm fairly certain our attendances would be suffering worse than theirs if our team was going through the same. I know they're a bunch of ***** who think club size automatically makes them better, but just want to bring a bit of balance to a thread that will surely lead to a load of stokies obliviously throwing ironic insults.
edit: Why is ***** blocked? I guess I'll just call then cunts next time.

It's weird that Newcastle and Sunderland don't take particularly good followings to The Brit, but in fairness our worst away followings always seem to be in the North East as well. Must be the journey that puts people off. No direct trains plus always seems to be quite pricey whereas London is a doddle and relatively cheap if you book in advance.
They've got 300 left I believe, and we have around a similar amount unsold so looking at just under 27000 today....

The fact that half the stadium empties when they're on course for another beating proved they're not very loyal.

Well there are two coaches at the Old Mill, Alsager, causing chaos! Luckily there were still oatcakes and fruity pikelets left in the farm shop!
