Very exciting game with an unsatisfactory end....we should have win this. Charlie, Arni very good, Ireland good. Woly Bego with good second half but the terrible mistake at the beginning costs us 2 points.

N'Zonzi has been appalling today Appallingly good? I think he's done Glenn's job as well as kept up his usual role of maintaining possession. I thought he missed having someone next to him and I'm a big fan of his. He gave the ball away so much today which is unlike him.

N'Zonzi has been appalling today Wollschied was appalling. I don't think anyone came close to his mistakes barring Bego's one mishap. I agree Wollscheid was awful and Bego needs dropping. I just felt N'zonzi gave the ball away so often and gave away a lot of silly fouls.

If sparky can find us a few pacey players next season and a clinical striker. We will be unstoppable.

He only looked tired to me, I thought a few times on the counter he gave the ball away and didn't influence enough but I don't think he was poor in any sense. I only thought Wolly and Walters were the poor outfield players, Bego well he seems in another world at times.

Good game. Could have gone either way so I'm happy with a point.
4 games left to break the record.

Such a frustrating game. So much possession, so many chances.

A very disappointing drive back up the M6 this evening. I thought Mark Hughes (at least in public) went very easy on his own team.
Sunderland were shocking and yet we conspired at regular intervals to not only draw the game but even tried to hand it to them!
Sunderland by far the worst I recall seeing this season - we picked an attacking side and should've won at a canter but whilst at times we were good, for far too long - we were also absolutely abysmal too - shockingly bad even.
Shocking amounts of shoddy, careless play throughout progressing to, rank unprofessionalism at times (Woolshied), littered our performance and, if we aspire to be a solid
top half team - this sloppiness in our passing and particularly a willingness to give our own marked players a series of 'hospital passes' and then continue to think its ok to play a colleague into real trouble with only one foreseeabke outcome,
is simply not good enough!
I think in this case it is not unreasonable to be somewhat critical - we should aspire for better , expect more and at least, admit how rubbish we were at times today.
As I said - most disappointing was Hughseys post match comments in public - Im assuming he roasted quite a few in private though.
9/10 times - I'll defend them to the hilt - but at the end - you could see, many of them, knew they had let themselves down
PS Stoke City - lose those fucking stupid boots - they are useless !

We battered them first half and should of been at least 3-1 up. I thought we looked very sloppy at the back in the second half though
