We wont catch spurs. they will end up 6th and southampton 7th I reckon that too, but if Newcastle win then it leaves us 8 off them and 8 off Spurs, beat spurs and thats 5! You never know, if we beat sunderland and get something at swansea then confidence should be booming! Probably unlikely but it's better to aim higher than be worried about a team in 14th (i think) in my opinion.

Im not worried of Newcastle catching us this season never in a million years i just dislike them. i suppose the highest we could push for is 8th maybe we could push for 7th if we go for it in our remaining games.

Good! Hammer the Hammers goal difference I say! Could not agree more. Wouldnt mind spurs doing the job on Newcastle aswell. we have a big chance of getting 8th If Newcastle do a job on Spurs we are still in with a chance of 7th surprising as it may seem. That would leave them on 54 and us on 46. They are away next week to Southampton and we are home to Sunderland so it could easily be them on 54 and us on 49. The next week they are at home to Man City and we are away to Swansea - tough for both teams but it is possible (no more than that) that we could be on 52 points to their 54 after that weekend. The following week we are at home to ...................................... Tottenham! You do the math as the Yanks would say. Before anyone has a go at me for being over optimistic, I'm not - but it COULD happen and so for that reason I hope Newcastle win today.

Enjoying the game so far, especially watching a class act like Kun Aguaro strutting his stuff.

They also have to play everton away and hull who will be fighting for their lives! You never know! And to think before arnie scored last week I was worried about not getting top 10

"Manchester City welcomes Vivo Energy as the club’s Official Fuels and Lubricants partner in Botswana." This statement is beyond any parody.
