On Begovic and contract from the Sentinel...
The Bosnia international has been linked with a move to Manchester United and Real Madrid, but Scholes believes his club can match the 27-year-old's ambitions.
So Tony, what is the plan to compete with the two biggest clubs in the world? You can't even be arsed to fill in a corner and go out and sell an extra 2000 tickets.

Interesting to see Cardiff closing half of their new stand as the post Prem crowd drop bites.
Maybe our ground is about right in terms of size?

When we sell out every game without giving hundreds of tickets away we should fill in the corners. Until then what is the point? Just to keep a few that can't be arsed to sort their tickets early happy who probably wouldn't bother if we were to get relegated? Nah. Invest on the pitch Stoke.

Just because it will look nice?

Also I'd rather see Moses than empty red seats.

In terms of filling in the corner it would provide extra seating for the full house games but not all of our games have been. What it would do is create a better experience for the supporters (comfort and atmosphere).

Interesting to see Cardiff closing half of their new stand as the post Prem crowd drop bites. Maybe our ground is about right in terms of size? If we go down the Britannia is far too big now. Close some stands down quick! Or we could develop one whole corner at a tiny cost to add 1800 seats. If we can't sell 95%+ of a 30000 capacity stadium as a successful Premiership club we should pack it all in right now and go back to being a bog standard lower division club. As for Asmir,or any of our players,we ought to be demonstrating a modicum if ambition in the transfer market stadium expansion and so on. To be fair the club are making noises 're attracting a higher standard of players. We don't have to spend £100m or have a 45000 stadium by next season or anything but it's time to grow. The argument that we don't sell out now is nonsense. If we had a 20000 capacity stadium we wouldn't sell 100% of them because that's not how ticket sales work. Some ambition please, not Peter Ridsdale chasing the dream madness but not standing still either.

Can it really be that cost prohibitive to fill these damn corners in?
The acoustics could improve dramatically and maybe the ground can be used as a music venue in summers to generate some cash?
