Tother day, lets not judge Kane on only one appearance lets give him a few games before deciding. Pity you didn't give Mr. Shawcross the same patience you two faced Twat.

Agree completely.
He didn't think Ryan was any good, called him up to satisfy the media and then sent him out after 70 minutes against one of the worlds best strikers
Basically, he hung him out to dry

Cant bear the man.
How any manager can judge a player on a 20 minute cameo in a game we were never going to win is beyond me.
Yet the FA continue with him.
I guess players like Smalling, Jones, Townsend, Shaw etc aren't judged on 20 minutes then? (you'd be lucky to get 20 minutes out of Shaw anyway).

what???!!!??? shawcross once played for england you say? he wasn't given much chance you say? i can't believe more hasn't been made out of it on this board before! in fact thinking about it, i may go and start a thread about some irrelevant, inane soundbite that Pulis gave the media months ago as i don't beleive we've had one of those either for at least 10 minutes

To Be Honest, Redknapp should have got the job in the first place. True, hes not the greatest tactician or anything like that (neither is Woy, he fucked up at the bin dippers and Blackburn) but he would have installed some pride and morale in the England camp, called up players who earned their corn instead of pandering to the big names time after time, and wouldn't have been a spineless yes-man puppet to the suits. Come to think of it, its funny how he didn't get the job...

Do you ever have anything constructive to say? I suggest that if you don't like the subject matter then don't bother posting, I suppose it wouldn't fit with your look at me Im fantastic persona though would it.

I'm amazed the FA are on about renewing the clowns contract. A contract should surely be dependent on success/failure? So far, the only thing they can judge Woy on, was his shambolic performance at the World Cup. If renewing his contract is based on that performance, the guy should be sacked because it was a truly awful tournament for players and fans alike.
That said he says yes a lot, and probably makes a good cup of coffee, so I imagine he's quids in for a contract renewal with those bumbling fools.

Yes he should have done something constructive like call the England manager a prick or a wanker on the basis he doesn't choose to pick one of our centre haves who clear as day isn't cut out for international football. What a negative twat he is!!

Piss is a decent description of your opinion on this matter when weighted against those of all the managers in the world who don't come forward to place the player in question into sides playing in international competitions. Winky thing

How many England management failures will it take for some fans to understand there may be other issues involved here? We all know the issues, Geoff. You rattle this out like it's breaking news! Does English football need root and branch surgery? 100% yes. Is Roy Hodgson a bumbling idiot who deployed a two man midfield in Brazil? 100% yes.

Mark Hughes did very well at Fulham, do you agree Jamo?
Roy Hodgson did even better at Fulham, do you agree?
You say Hughes is a great manager, but Hodgson is a bumbling idiot, I'm struggling with the logic of that.

You say Hughes is a great manager, but Hodgson is a bumbling idiot, I'm struggling with the logic of that. What has Mark Hughes got to do with Roy Hodgson's tenure as England manager? Mark Hughes did a better job with Wales (relatively speaking) than Hodgson is doing with England given the resources each man had. So fucking what? Desperate argument, Geoff just desperate. Anyone (not just Hodgson) who would have set England up with a two man midfield at the World Cup would be described as a bumbling idiot by me. The cap fits so he has to wear it.

Yes the same manager who when questioned what he thought about Cahill being turned inside out by a 34 year old has been Scotsman he replied you can't judge a player on one game.

So you are saying Jamo that a bumbling idiot took Fulham to a European final and 7th in the PL? Yep. He had a good season at Fulham, does he need a fucking medal? I'm judging him on his England performances and they've been horsewank. If you're happy with what he's bringing good luck you.
