We've had some frustrating defeats this season - same as any other season, I suppose - but if you had to pick one defeat that you find harder to take than the others which would it be?
I think most will go for the FA Cup so to make it more interesting, which league defeat?
For me I'm still seething over this latest one - I think the International break(can't stand them - no contest for a busy midweek programme followed by a full weekend fixture list), the fact that we are up against Chelsea next and it's still very raw are the reasons.
Any others that really rankle?

The home defeats to Leicester and Villa were annoying, but I'd probably go for the defeat at Old Trafford.
We didn't play that great, but the two or three sitters we missed at the end had me proper raging.

Needed a new thread and it's two weeks till anything important happens - unless Woy lets Jack make an appearance at some point. In any case, we may not lose any of the next 8 games.

WBA away for me.Just didnt turn up in any form, you would have thought we would have been revved up to perform against an old manager, but just didnt perform in any shape or form. You can take losing when you play well like yesterday, but are beaten by a biased ref.But when your team doesn,t turn up at all, thats a different matter!

Any at home. Especially Leicester Burnley villa and palace. I bloody hate us losing on our own patch. Admittedly our away performances have softened the blow slightly, but they still rankle with.

H Leicster H Burnley H Villa H Palace A Sunderland
Sadly they all came against wank teams. Even worse 4 were at home. Honourable mention for the calamity that was QPR away. To answer the question though, probably Burnely at home due to how utterly wank Burnley actually are

All of 'em actually, but for me it was the embarrassment at Arsenal. I know we were supposed to lose but to perform like that in front of the TV cameras was truly shocking.

Without doubt the Blackburn defeat, I actually would have fancied us against Liverpool in the quarters. One particular loss in the Premier League means diddly squat as another game comes along to bounce back. You go out in the cup and its over..no Wembley and no Euro chance

For me, the most frustrating game of the season (by a mile) was the West Ham game. We managed to pluck a draw from the jaws of a 5-0 romp.
I felt much worse after than any of the annoying home losses.

If Diouf hadn't have been garbage in front of goal, we'd have scored half a dozen.

We really have thrown a lot of points away this season.

I think this last game is the worst in terms of killing the momentum for the remainder of the season.
Kind of feels now like we are trying to hold onto 8th place if we can. Definitely no chance of 7th now.
Might as well stop the season now and let the troops rest and recuperate for a new start come the end of August.
I think motivating the players for the last 8 or 9 games is going to be hard

I only go to a handful of games per season (cost permitting) which has included the Burnley, Leicester and Palace home defeats. There was the uncertainty associated with those games (which, thankfully, isn't really an issue now), but Saturday's game was personally more frustrating to reflect on, rather than being mainly frustrating in an immediate sense (obviously it was, still). I'd take 9th again - I'm not sure Wet Sham will do that well between now and the end of the season, but (frustratingly) I can see Swansea riding their luck.

Burnley at home for me. They were awful and their for the taking and we literally gifted them 2 goals. They then spent 75 minutes on the deck timewasting and the ref did jack shit about it. Came away thinking "Only Stoke..........."
