Anyone else got them yet?!
Website working well, wanted to move to the family stand from Boothen end and add one extra child and forgot to change it before I did the finance (got excited!) will I be able to phone Stoke and get them to do it straight away or am I better waiting until the Season ticket move dates?
Blessings.

You can't change until the seat swap day mate.
I've just got my step lad one but at the minute he can't sit with me and Jamo jnr as there aren't any free seats near us.
He's not far away but hopefully we can get one closer when the exchange day comes round.

Here's what my e mail says ... Your Package Hello J** Last season you had a Adult ticket in the Novus Stand. Block 27, Row 2*, seat 5**. Your Early Bird renewal price is £449.00, or just £19.95 per game. You can spread the cost over 12 monthly payments of £33.23* *Total payable £398.76. ...................................................................................................... So, basically, they are telling me that it will be cheaper to pay monthly than 'all in one', which is incorrect!! The renewal price is actually £379 I'd better point that out to them!

having given up a ST a couple years back am I entitled to get an early bird before 31/03? I want to do the 12 monthly payment direct debit as I don't have that kind of money kicking about
Anyone got any feedback on how this works, how easy are Stoke to deal with regarding a long term payment for the season card, just wan't to get back to my fave place in the world every other week and start going to aways again without having to pray we don't sell out before gen sale.
Cheers in advance

I've just done mine. Did the direct debit online and everything was fine and dandy. Did a quick credit check and that was that.

If your buying online then they ask a few questions and do a credit check, I know full well our credit history is porr but we still passed the credit check.

I shall be looking forward to returning for many seasons to come! I take it this can all be done online?

Cheers in advance Yes, anyone can buy a season ticket at early bird price - not just the renewers. Of course you may find that you won't have a very good choice of seats - but buy the best you can get - and then wait until "seat swap" week is announced, when you will probably be able to swap into a better seat which was not renewed by one of this season's ST holders. Simples!

Its for specific seats that are one off,i am not sure if you have to be a new season ticket holder to get one.Seems perfect if your buying alone. they just tell your seat nearer the start of the season.

Turned down for finance, and I just won't have the cash to pay for my ST in full. Getting rid of the 4 monthly payment plan was a massive fuck up for people in my position as it leaves me unable to purchase a season ticket for the third season running.

I am in block 23 but the most central block (i.e behind the goal) is block 21. Trouble is that the closer you are to being behind the goal the fewer seats are available. As for height, I'm on row 23 - I hate being below about row 18. But that is purely my opinion.

I see what you mean, I was considering 21 onwards in all honesty, I much prefer being higher up too if am honest I prefer to stand throughout the game, just feels how a match should be watched to me (no I don't stand when watching games on TV)

This happened to me last season mate Put the finance in mrs name and went through no problem I know another lad who used his mums details Surely you know someone who would let you put it in there name and give them the money each month? It's a fairly safe thing do really for a mate do it for you cause if you don't pay you don't go - simples..

I pay on the monthly, do I get a break or is it a 12 month thing? It's 12 months and they've warned that the 1st installment of the new plan may go out the same month as your final payment of last years.
