Bardsley a decent game today in a very mediocre match for both teams. More about sum of the parts, Hull very poor

A new RB is a priority next season, both Bardsley and Cameron are average Premiership right backs.

Bardsley did ok today. With wilko leaving us we will need a new rb. Cameron prefers midfield.

He was fine today. Solid 7/10. He wasn't disastrous but he's stood as one of the poorer players in the last few games that he's played so I thought I'd express my concern Poorer players in the last few games? He was superb against Villa and rock solid yesterday. He very nearly scored and the fact he didn't should have seen us win a penalty. When he's been fit, there have been little wrong with Bardsley's performances.

If you're easily pleased by flicks and running with the ball despite leaving ridiculous spaces and also being a bit of a fanny in the challenge then I suppose Bardsley isn't your type of fullback. If you like a player who knows the role, is 100% committed and knows how to defend then he's your man. He'll do for me.

One shot on goal and off target at that, sounds like a good defensive performance, even against a poor attacking one

I thought he had a good game today. Strange game today because there is a wide variety of opinions. My MOM was Wollscheid Agreed, I thought Bardsley made some good runs and passes today. Wollschied was good in the air and passed well, although a tricky dribbler would murder him.

I had Bardsley as MoM yesterday. What do I know? Consistently good, March. Not sure what some people want from a defender but he's pretty much everything I look for.

I thought Bardsley was solid yesterday and has been for the past few weeks. I think with Pieters in the side, the defence looks a lot more balanced. I'd say that they are our two best full backs. We just need Shawcross back with Wolly and that should be our best back four.

IMO when everyone is fit right back is our weakest position. However, right now we have bigger issues.

He was one of our poorer players today. I'd say that position is a liability in our team because I'm not much for either of the right backs. He did a few poor passes today and was frustrating because he wasn't giving the defence and midfield an option aa he wasn't making many runs. So I think we need to look for a new right back in the summer. What a load of trash

Thought pieters was worse today. So many over hit crosses. Pieters was shocking today, had loads of the ball and either kicked it out of play or overhit crosses. Was also a red card waiting to happen (not all his own fault granted). He made Wilkos distribution skills look like the equivalent of Andrea Pirlo

Are people watching our games or what? I'll tell you something, Mark Hughes and his coaches are performing miracles. According to our fans most of the team are fucking useless.

A new RB is a priority next season, both Bardsley and Cameron are average Premiership right backs. Cameron isn't a right back by his own admission, but is shoe horned into that position when injuries or suspensions dictate.Bardsley is a competent full back, but needs a more able deputy than the stop gap Cameron.

I'm not a massive Bardsley fan but I thought he was decent yesterday.
He was regularly in good positions when we had the ball and I thought we should have got the ball to him quicker when he was in decent areas to send in crosses.
Defensively he had very little to do and never looked in trouble.
We support SCFC; not all of our players are world class.
I really wish people would remember that because we can not afford £100k a week wages we will have players who occasionally make mistakes and are not the best in the world in their positions.
Bardsley put in a good shift yesterday. I thought he was better than the Hull player he was up against.

Do u not think we are in need of a new right back though? Yes because we only have one, he needs competition at the very least. Do you not get bored? While I wouldn't change the back four whatsoever, it's incredible how people will change their opinion to suit their own agenda. Hull posed no threat whatsoever. Few teams have come to the Brit with less intent to score than Hull. They really did park the bus. They wanted a point and almost got it. So are you seriously suggesting Cameron wouldn't have handled their limp poor attacking display? With all due respect I could have. It's amazing how people will over exaggerate when it suits. If Geoff had been right back, you can be guaranteed most here would say "had nothing to do". When it's Bards, it's a top, solid display. I suppose that's the oatcake eh?

I still prefer him to Cameron though
