Yes I have, my eldest lad did his masters in wildlife conservation and animal biology Does he think they should be banned? imo we should stop using them straight away and allow wildlife to recover,the continual use of product's like this will only see a demise in insects numbers and thus have a major impact on the natural ecosystem in general. The only people to benefit are the major agricultural companies like Monsanto who sell these products and the sterile chemical resistant seeds to go with it. oh looks like they have already been banned in Europe since last October www.theguardian.com/environment/2014/oct/01/neonicotinoid-uk-farmers-rapeseed-crop-bees-pesticidewonder how long it will last or maybe come up with an equally dangerous product..seems to me these chemicals need to be thoroughly tested before they can be allowed to harm our environment.

Although it's clearly the mothers genes at work there.
