How old was he and when are we having the minutes applause? You're scum R.I.P. Alan I'm not actually but there you go. It is very sad when any fellow stokie passes away and my thoughts and best wishes go out to his family and friends. My original post was a genuine question.

I over reacted for sure. Still, show some emotion and some empathy... It's a human life Why post it on a message board thougj that someone has died? He was a big Stoke fan and known to many. I remember that he often led the singing in the old Boothen End in the late 60's and early 70's. As an exile who left the Potteries more than 30 years ago I would not have known of his passing had it not been posted on here.

I over reacted for sure. Still, show some emotion and some empathy... It's a human life Read what Einstein said about technology. He was spot on. From behind a screen you assumed a meaning to what you read. Had I said it to your face, you'd have seen my facial expressions or heard the tone and assumed something different. As I say now and have said before, it is sad when any stokie passes away and my thoughts go out to his family and friends. If they aren't aware they should be made aware of the great tribute and respect that the club and its supporters pay to those we have loved and list on the last home game of the calendar year.
