'I'd rather get relegated than watch that shit' Who knows they may double up yet. They do call it karma.

Albion Forum Comments made me feel all nostalgic. Re: After Match Debate « Reply #30 on: Today at 06:47:48 PM » Special mention to Tony Pulis for another rubbish team selection. You keep calling it unbalanced pal. Does it not surprise you when you play our best centre back at left back? Not even Irvine was stupid enough to rise to those levels of ineptness. Bit stunned today never thought I would see a roll over and have our bellies tickled performance from a Pulis side. Got a feeling we could be his first failure but then again would it be a bad thing at least we wouldn't have to put up with two and a half years of pure dross. If he does fail he will only have himself to blame. The squad he inherited wasn't in the bottom three, and it still isn't. If he keeps playing players out of position, sticking with players who haven't been performing then who else can be to blame. In my view the squad is worse now than it was when he started with us just a month ago, and the first eleven he is picking is arguably worse than the Irvine first eleven. Re: After Match Debate « Reply #53 on: Today at 08:18:09 PM » I just don't get why supposedly intelligent coaches/managers insist, to the point of losing their jobs, to play square pegs in round holes. It could well be that we can give up any hope of seeing even a whiff of creative football under Pulis, never mind the supposed 'good' football he played at Palace. Today was poor and Irvine-esque, even if we did create more today than the usual one or no effort under AI. Albions' plan...Hoof into the oppositions' half and hope that Vic can cover all their side of the pitch. They've only had 5 weeks of it Pmsl

Looking at the Boing Boing BB's run in I don't think they'll get relegated. There are at least 2/3 winnable games in there plus a couple of score bores. While Pulis's 'failings' as a manager are obvious so are his 'abilities' He'll grind out the points. Plus as been stated before there are worse teams than WBA in the prem at the moment. GD Their last 5 games are Liverpool, Man U, Newcastle, Chelsea and Arsenal. That's a tricky run in. Bonus games.

I hope they stay up as I do every year as long as we do because it is a great away day and just down the road. As long as they finish below us (because I have a 20 quid bet with a Baggie) I dunna care.

There's nothing like a tactically timed poor defeat during the transfer window, hey Tone?

I thought the first goal was a joke but for the second! what was he doing with his hand??? pulled it away like the ball was going yards wide and it nearly hit him in the face, bizarre or shite?!.

There's nothing like a tactically timed poor defeat during the transfer window, hey Tone? Does he have history in this department, thinking back to Swansea away a couple of seasons ago complete capitulation, you would hope that is not true nothing short of cheating is it is true.

Quote from a Baggie fan.. "I'm not sure if he has genuinely lost the plot or his he trying to force JP's hand by playing Lescott at left back? Lescott looked uncomfortable last week end he looked even more so this afternoon, if we can see that why can't Pulls?" .. ahhhhhh I've missed this

Sorry to see the Bojan news......... His qualities and shortcomings as a manager have been well listed already, so won't really go into them. What I will say, is know him personally, and have seen him work behind the scenes a little too. He will tirelessly for your club, he won't suffer fools, he will make every player bust a gut in your shirt. He's also a likeable, well actually a loveable guy (though I wouldn't like fall out with him) he's got a great sense of humour too. Good luck for season, I never minded Albion before T.P. was your manager and love the banter with you guys. I'll be coming down to watch an Albion game soon. (Not sure I'll go an away game though.) Hahaha

It's just I do like him as a person. I'll go watch them to catch up, if invited and free LOL. I'm not that keen on watching an WBA or T.P. a game for that matter.
