Would be suprised given our need for pace if Diouf wasn't straight in. He is match fit and been in form at AFCON.

I'm staggered by anybody who would look to drop both Moses and N'Zonzi from our team on what they deem as tactical grounds. 'staggered' and then some

My guess 4-0.

This match could go the way of the home matches against Villa and Leicester, with us struggling to break them down without an in form Bojan and getting hit on the break by them. Ireland hasn't been successful against organized defences. The Bojan lesson for me is not to risk any suspect fit/tired players and incur more injuries, so that rules out N'Zonzi and Diouf starting. Assuming they sit back and defend that will not give Moses much chance to run at them, so I'd hold him back and bring him on when they are tiring. I think we need Adam and Arni using their skills to find an opening hitting balls to Crouchy and Walters. I'd go with our best attacking full backs. That makes us more vulnerable to their attacks but I have faith in Shawcross and Wollscheid. So: Begovic Cameron Shawcross Wollscheid Muniesa Sidwell Whelan Arnautovic Adam Walters Crouch Subs.: Butland, Wilson, Bardsley, Ireland, N'Zonzi, Moses, Diouf You're absolutely correct regarding the choice between Adam and Ireland. I'd go with Adam if the opposition is more than likely to be in a park the bus mode but against more open midfield/defensive teams I'd go with Ireland. Just not sure QPR are likely to be in park the bus mode this time round as they need the points. I'd have to disagree with Moses and Nzonzi missing out though I'm under the impression N'Zonzi has been carrying a groin strain for some time and came off on Monday night for that reason. If that is not the case, he would one of my first choices to play. But after the Bojan loss we can ill afford to risk players who are not 100% fit, particularly with the potential playing conditions. If it wasn't for his recent sad bereavement I would have thought MH might be giving Shenton a chance.

I Can't Live...if Living is Without BojanThe Worst Days in Human History... October 29th, 1929: The Wall Street Crash triggers The Great Depression. September 1st, 1939: Hitler invades Poland and World War II begins. 14-28th October 1962: The Cuban Missile Crisis brings the world to the brink of nuclear war. 16th August, 1977: Elvis Presley dies, age 42. 26th January 2015: Bojan Krkic injures his knee ligaments against Rochdale, putting him out of action for the rest of the season. So, you want to know what to bet on do you? Well, how am I supposed to even think about such trivial matters in the aftermath of such a monumental tragedy? Begovic Cameron Ryan Wollschied Muniesa Whelan Sidwell Walters Ireland Arnautovic Diouf Subs: Adam, Crouch, Moses You'd play Walters on the wing instead of Moses? Really? I'm all for playing Walters Centrally, very good player there. On the wing though? It's just a waste.

If there is one team in the league I want to beat it's certainly QPR! I really dislike this club and the way it is/has been run the last years.

The ghosts of Leicester, Villa and Burnley hang over this one. Teams that we should have beaten but we gifted them a rare away win. Let's hope Crouch scores to celebrate his new contract. I think if we score first, we'll cruise to victory.

QPR are bound to break there abysmal away record sometime, and after this week's news about our little Spanish magician I reckon we could be on a bit of a low, plus there is our ability to gift wins to poor teams.
It would have been great if we could have had a new signing to lift the mood and fire the team and crowd up.
We need to start positively and keep the pressure up and hopefully we'll get the three points.
I reckon it could be a Charlie Austin goal against the run of play which could ultimately decide this - sincerely hope I'm wrong though.

A front 4 of ireland (on his day), Arno, moses and Diouf is still a pretty good one.

A game we should win, but...
Surely they will sit deep and hope to score first, then defend for their lives. That hasn't really been our game this season.
This is a tricky selection, but I can't see many changes. Bardsley at RB for me, the Whelan and Zonz axis in centre mid (assuming N'Zonzi is fit) then Arnie, Ireland and Moses behind... the striker is the big question. The ball tends to stick better with Crouch, but I have a feeling he would like to play Walters somewhere. Can't see Diouf starting, but he might be used from the bench.
It's a shame Charlie hasn't played a bit more, because I still think he makes things happen against a massed defence with 10 men behind the ball. I like Ireland better when the game is a bit more open and there are more opportunities to break quickly.
We might have to be patient, but I have Stoke to win 2-0.

Strange how a few think Sidwell should start. He can't last 20 mins without getting a yellow card. He'd be off by half time!

Whelan Nzonzi (or Sidwell if unfit)
Diouf Walters Moses
Crouch

Ireland will probably replace Bojan - otherwise I think we'll stay as is (Sidders for SNZ if unfit). Hughes rewards good performances and those players raised their game last Monday night after the mahoosive downer of the Little Matador's injury. The only possible alternative change I could see him making is Crouch starting, with Walters dropping in behind him instead of Ireland.
