Tried and tried. Didn't come off for him today.
Alright but nothing special

It was tough for him tonight as Matic was on him constantly. He had some good moments though and I'm looking forward to seeing how he does at Everton.

They didn't let him have any space whatsoever but even then he still had a few moments where he managed to do something.

Quiet, not his best.
But we can't expect him to be our MOTM every game, otherwise we're in danger of becoming as reliant on him as Man City are with Aguero.

No space. No off the ball movement to get open for his passes 1st half. Bad and weak passes to him. Second half he was miles better. But not a stand out performance.

Tried to hard tonight. Lost the ball to often, but still by far the most creative player in our team.

3 on him makes it a tad difficult for anyone.
People need a fucking reality check ffs.

Thought his effort was good. As expected he bounced off some of their defenders. He won't have a tougher test than that so let's see where it goes from here.

Sad thing is that, with the best teams, if your best player is marked out of the game, then the next best player might step up. We are a functional team, without a next best player,..unfortunately, last years best player Arnie seems to have lost it) Shame. Maybe we wil step up soon, get a break soon, or just play a shitttttier team

We have one Bojan they have 5 or 6. They train against world class players everyday and it's the reason he was easy to mark.
Not the kids fault he's learning the English game.

Not as sharp as he has been lately, but in the first half the movement around him hardly helped either! Despite this he set up our best chance when he played Walters in, but unfortunately Walters decided to take a touch too much. In the second half he was our creative spark, but he also made some decisions wrong and should have done better more than a couple of times. For me he was a 7/10 tonight.

Easily our best attacking threat and probably the only player who wasn't scared to take them on! We keep hold of him and bring a striker bad left winger in and we ain't far off being a decent side! Chelsea easily the toughest game we have had!

thought he was our best player again. Superb. Always available for the ball. he lost it a few times but he is going to be the main man for us.

Average at best.
Not an awful thing though, they were just to good for us today.

2nd half he got more room when Diouf came on.
When Crouch was on the Chelsea defenders condensed all the space he uses because they knew that Crouch would not outpace them.
When Diouf came on their defence dropped back 15 yards or so to protect the space behind them - this opened up space for a Bojan

I thought he was better than Willian who cost 32 million but as others have said when they put half the team on 1 man you need another good player to take advantage they have good players in EVERY position we have 1 or 2.
Be honest if you were Jose which one of ours would you be looking to buy to replace their opposite number.
I'd take Bojan, Beggo and Ryan who would all sit on the bench and play in cup games which is why they are at Stoke.

When he got the ball, he had three players on him immediately. Even then, he was our most creative player on the night.
The last thing he needs is too much pressure on his shoulders. He's made himself a very important part of the team, but I don't think we should be microanalysing every single performance of his.

Bojan was good tonight. The whole team were good. We worked hard and showed some real flair at times. Chelsea were good also, but thats it. We gave away two sloppy goals. On this performance we will have a strong second half to the season.

Matic is one of the best in the world in his position so considering that I thought Bojan looked great again, the weight of his passing is so good, as Clyde said earlier he is such a joy to watch.

Played really well. They doubled and tripled up on him but even so he looked the most likely of any of our players to create something. If other Stoke players found space it was usually down to his movement and use of the ball.

I thought he was arguably MoM but I was happy for Ryan to get it. He's just so comfortable on the ball. His first touch and close control are largely immaculate. Yes agree a couple of duff corners but once again against a top four side he looks as if he would slot into their teams easily.
I come away thinking that he was let down more by the players around him. For me Crouchy, SJW, Marko and Diouf all had pretty poor games and offered him little to work with.

It's the first time I've seen properly as I've not been able to go down yet this season (broken hip long story). Quite impressed you can see the pedigree is there.
