 West Ham don't half stand out on there, from 4th bottom to 4th top respectively! If we can nick a win today then we'll be beating our points tally for this time last season too! The other notable thing is the top 5 were so much closer then they are this season |

Don't recognise that team at the top. I'm sure my granddad spoke of a mythical team in the late 70s who had a similar name and were world beaters.  |

The team that is bottom this year at the same stage has 10 points just like last years bottom at this stage, also last years at this point 14th and 15th placed teams went down this years 14th and 15th placed teams have exactly the same points.

Then we went on to lose all 4 games over Christmas & New Year.  Lets hope it's better this year. |

Merry christmas to all who read this. Last season we lost 5 and drew 1 of our next 6 games (newc utd, spurs, everton, lvpool, fulham and sunderland) that must have left us on 22 points from 23 games going by the table above. We have got to be good for 7 points from the next 6 games, after tonights match. A win tonight would be good, best I can see though is a point, hope I am wrong. Merry christmas!!!!
