I've seen some shite football this season but castle v sunderland is right up there. Two shocking teams. No quality. Wouldn't look out of place In the conference.
Roll on Liverpool v arsenal.

Robo
I accept totally its not you but so many on here would have you believe Sunderland , qpr , Hull , palace, Burnley villa are miles below us and the evidence after 16 games is there is very very little in it
Sunderland next game hull at home could put them above us quite easily

I thought it was a really fun game. Loads of chances and the distinct threat of a sending off or a brawl all the way through. Everything I want from a football match.

Can somebody please explain this logic? ........you've just scored a 90th minute goal away from home to put you one up against your fiercest rivals and 3 and a half minutes into 6 minutes of injury time you bring on a sub handing your opponent an extra minute of time in which they could equalise. Never understood that logic or are managers just thick as shit?

I'd rather have entertainment over quality I think. Two quality teams playing out a scientific chess match is less interesting to me sometimes than a good old fashioned ruck. Each to their own.

What a bottler this referee is in the Liverpool v Arsenal match because in the first few seconds of the game that's a certain booking for Mertersaker think it was.
No doubt thinking that if I book him this early then there's a big chance I'll have to send him off sometime in the game.
Farcical officiating yet again.

They're a joke.
On a completely different note I'd like to see the rules changed that the ball is still in play should a player have the ability to curl the ball out only for it to come back into play, pretty much like a shot in tennis. It'd make the game more exciting.

It's a nailed on booking so to not give it he thought about that high chance in having send him off. Like that first tackle from Cattermole in the north east derby it's a nailed on yellow but because it's in the first few minutes he bottles it.
