Are we now at a point of recalling Butland, Wilko and Shotton? A curse on all people who leave the house while infected with something contagious. I think Butland is back at the moment. Derby extended the loan to include last Saturday but I don't think they have extended it to include next weekend.

I don't get it. There has been a bug going round CW all week. The U18s have been kept away and the U21s have been told to keep away until the weekend. Yet the first team are in? Symptoms will first present 2-5 days after infection, so they could have had it before the disinfection.

Butland is back at Stoke as the official site says, and did well at Derby. Surely if Asmir is anything less than 100%, we give Jack a game on Saturday? At least he is fully match fit. If Wilson and Erik are back, then it is just a case of playing whichever of Phil/Geoff is less ill at right back?

The Ambassador of Fegg Hayes Age is no limit, an experienced head. Goalkeeper I can fist the ball well and raise my finger to tip the ball over the bar.

I am looking forward to making my debut at Anfield.
You'll get none of this passing the ball nonsense from me, just good old fashioned defending.

Each week we seem to have players in doubt who miraculously recover. Just hope it is true again this week.

It happens to most teams at some point villa had it for example it's why you can't lose at home to villa Leicester and burnley you never know what's round the corner not so many happy clappers abusing benji now as the fear spreads the in balance and lack of investment in the squad coming home as are those terrible results .
We need ton accept he battle is on now 442 or 531 now for me as the remaining wingers don't have it and somehow we need to try and scramble 5 more points by 3.00 on Jan 1st

That makes any argument you make totally irrelevant.

Could get Slogger in the team.
Would be quite amusing watching this headless and legless torso bouncing around the pitch, grunting at the Liverpool players and generally scaring the fuck out of them.
Likewise, I'm available..
Foster, 34, can play anywhere.... badly.

...or maybe Mick could step in.
I imagine he would be mincing his way around the pitch, florescent handbags firmly grasped in each hand, putting the Liverpool players to sleep with his 3 hour explanation on how long it takes to boil an egg. Something he would recite twice in order to ensure a balanced argument, taking into consideration the perspective of both the consumer and the egg itself.

Not forgetting that when it comes to boiling eggs - water quality is of the essence.

Sorrow
Don't recall saying it did but it's a big signpost for May and critical for how you fare in the window , expect us to be a seller as things stand to try to fund a recovery without creating a problem if it doesn't work fits with the fiscal agenda

If you are right then Stoke in years gone by would have had some great finishes in the leagues. You don't have to go back too far either, when Pulis had us in a nice position at Christmas - then came the meltdown.

I have some sympathy with 'benjamin biscuit''s views. It's fine being much better going forwards but if you can't defend then you have potentially a fatal flaw in this league. It's O.K. pointing out we've got a good defensive record but that includes just one top five clubs we've played.

I'm available too, age 64 used to be decent right back in the Potteries & District Sunday league. We played at Roe Lane on Sunday mornings complete with Sat night hangover, fag whilst changing and another when running out.
After Roe Lane I can cope with Anfield.

I'm available, 53 but almost a dead ringer for Peter Crouch, apart from my complete inability to control a football, shoot or jump. And I'm about 7" shorter. I do have a shotgun licence though if that's any use? I could dye my hair and look useless on the left wing....

I'm 55, fat, unfit, not played for 15 years.
On the plus side i do have an old Ansells shirt without the actual Ansells patch on it - i peeled it off cuz their beer was shit.
Will play anywhere.
How much subs do we have to pay?

I think I'm the guy you are after. 6' and 13 stone. Very fit. I play a traditional CH.
I rely on my defensive midfielders a lot but if anything goes past them - well I just fuckin clatter em!

5' 11, 26, non smoker and Left Back
My qualities as a left back are that I understand the role... Namely no other fucker ever wants to play there so I will accept the duty with a minimum of fuss.

6'3 225 lbs of twisted steel and sex appeal. Ready to spell Bego as keeper and allow Butland to go on loan at Orlando City. Taught Bayern everything he knows about football. They call me the big cat in the Traders League, finished second to Chugga in POY voting last season.
