With current injuries, any player returning is good news, opens up possibilities, allows others to recover properly, I'd be happy with a back line against Liverpool of,
Cameron Shawcross Muniesa Wilson.
I rated Wilson at LB, would prefer him there than in the centre. The reverse is becoming true of Muniesa. Swap the Marcs around Marks.

We cannot buy another central defender until January, he is the best of the partners we currently have for Ryan (bar long-term injured Huth) so, yes, it is very good news.

Good thing for supporters who want the best thing for their club.
Bad thing for one eyed numpties who take more pleasure in winning an argument than they do in seeing their team do well.

Alternatively having Bardsley, Ryan, Muni and Pieters all fit and playing with Wilson on the bench would be the best thing for our club. Wilson still devides opinion at cb because of the number of goals conceded that have involved him.

If we're going on form then Muni must be a candidate for the drop. He was all over the place in the first twenty v Burnley. If all available I'd go Pieters Ryan Wilson Bardsley. Solid and steady. Hopefully.....

Happier now some of the others have reported back but it is a position we need to resolve, maybe TeX for the future. Desperately need to start getting some clean sheets in games to give us a chance. But we will see what we will see.

So do I. He has a habit of coming back into the team and playing well too. Its usually after a long run of games that he makes the odd mistake. If he's fit I'd start him.
