Out of the big clubs Liverpool, Man Utd, Arsenal, Everton, Chelsea and Man Utd again how many points will we tally up?

I'm predicting more points than if we played the bottom six teams.

Liverpool - 3 Man Utd - 0 Arsenal - 1 Everton - 1 Chelsea - 0 Man Utd - 1
So, 6 (conservatively)
There is Palace and WBA between them too though?

Points against the teams above us and lose to those below: Liverpool - 0 Man Utd - 1 Arsenal - 3 Chelsea - 1 Everton - 1 Man Utd - 3 so, 9 (as things are panning out)

At least 10 points will be gained from those fixtures, in my opinion. I think the bigger teams bring out the best in us.

Why do we call these big teams are there players all over 7ft tall, its 11 against 11 and bar Chelsea I would be disappointed if we didn't get something from each game.

We'll be fine, the top teams bring the best out in us.I fancy us to end Chelsea's unbeaten start on 22/12 in front of the Sky cameras.Remember we won at Man City so we should fear nobody. We just struggle against teams that put 10 men behind the ball.

Sounds a bit stupid after being beaten by Burnley, but I think it is at The Brit on 20th Decemebr that Chelsea's unbeaten run will come to an end.

It's been an extremely odd start to the PL season with a number of the big clubs struggling, especially Liverpool.
Liverpool, Arsenal, Man. United, Chelsea and Everton have spent a staggering £473.8m between them on transfer fees so far this season, compared to Stoke's £3.4m.
On paper we should get 0 points, but despite the difference in spending you have to believe that all is not right at some of these clubs, so anything is possible.

If we get 7 or more. I will be happy enough, so long has we take at least 4 points off Palace and West Brom. making it 11pts.

Big clubs Liverpool are below us and look absolute gash. Utd conna keep a clean sheet for love nor money.... Ok we can't but again defensively they're awful and nothing be frightened of Everton 2points more than us, not playing great so we could easily get something Arsenal hit and miss, if they get there scoring boots on its a tough game but again we've got options to hurt them on the break. Chelsea.... Somebody's going have to beat them! 15 points easy

I think we're in for a very tough run of it in December. The result against city was our best game, and we can't expect to play like that every week. Beating spurs was great, but their shittyness did us a lot of favors. I can't imagine we will be so lucky, or face such ineptitude as we did in those games over the next month and a half. We struggle against sides that play very defensive and press us, so it is only a matter of time before the top half teams simply do the same.
I'm going to say 3 points from those matches.

The Arsenal game worries me. Massive, massive, must win game, our biggest derby game these days. The way we're playing at home I can see us making an absolute hash of it. Then again, win this one and you suspect we've got our best chance of winning at The Sissy Den in January for decades.

Impossible to tell but given our inconsistent up and down season but the only one that really scares me is Chelsea. They're simply awesome at the moment. To go to Schalke and win by five clear goals is scary stuff but eh who knows.

I'd hazard a guess it is the toughest run of fixtures in the history of the club.
I don't see any points at all coming from the games you explicitly call out but hopefully we can max out on one or two of the small number of gentler games threaded in between.
I think a flirtation with the drop zone is inevitable in the new year but we should pull away strongly from there. We all need to hang tough.
Hopefully the flirtation is little more than a bit of top shelf, certainly don't want it to get to finger pie and beyond.

I'm predicting more points than if we played the bottom six teams. As it happens I was having a look at our results this season earlier on. We've played six of the current bottom seven, and we've got a grand total of two points to show for it. Incidentally, all four teams we've beaten are currently in the top half of the table.

With the exception of Southampton, we have won every game in which we conceded possession and can't seem to score when we dominate possession. I guess we are a counter-attacking team. We win @ Liverpool. Get 5 points from the other games. That's 8. Book it.

I was also talking to a Liverpool fan about the game and I told him we'd really struggled against teams from the bottom end of the table. With a resigned look, he said "well we should have a decent chance against you then."
