Hopefully tonight's game has a couple of penalties - got a few bob on each of the four possible outcomes, and an own goal.
I like Monday night footie when it's not us...

That should get Southampton playing with a bit more tempo - way too slow tonight so far.
Can't stand that Agbontwat...

Villa look like they could get something more on the break.

Villa most have the worst fans in the league.

I have three Southampton players in my Fantasy Team. Prepare to see them tumble to the bottom of the table.

Are Southampton really 2nd in the table?
This seems to be taking the exact same shape as our game against Villa on the opening day. All the possession in the world, but no direct running, no incisiveness, and happy to pass the ball sideways and backwards 10 yards. Their crossing has been awful too.
I also have 3 Saints players in my FF team, and to be fair they've been doing okay. My points haul pattern seems to be have a good Saturday, but anyone playing on a Sunday or Monday seem to score 2 points max!

Just put a fiver on Soton winning 3-1 I've done HT Villa FT Draw at 16/1 - I'd like to think Southampton will get back into this but it's looking like a repeat of when Villa did a job on us at the Brit earlier in the season so far. Southampton dominating possession but they aren't turning it into enough clear cut chances!

Southampton look tired and out of ideas. Run over? They have a tough looking set of fixtures coming up so I suppose we will know more in a month or so's time. Personally I think they will tail off but still finish top 8 which will be a good season after all the doom and gloom surrounding them at the start of the season.

Yea I think your right they were on a high. The league is so tight this season for me barring Chelsea.

Pelle has looked out of touch tonight; completely out-muscled for every ball.

I'll settle for that! Pretty poor game in terms of entertainment value really, only five shots on target in the game and only one of those for Villa. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that they'd only had 23 shots on target in 11 games prior to tonight so make that 24 shots on target from 12 games, Sergio Aguero has had 7 more than that on his own apparently!

Pelle has looked out of touch tonight; completely out-muscled for every ball. He looked like a world beater in the first half of the cup game when we gave him the freedom of Stoke on Trent. Barring his second goal, I thought he looked a complete carthorse when we got tighter to him in the second half.
